We've lived at the View for 4 years. The complex stood out for several reasons: gas stove, non carpet flooring over dining area, good pool area and descent gym space. The office staff has changed quite a bit since we've moved in but they are always friendly and quick to respond. Ricky, the maintenance worker is phenomenal. Our needs are addressed typically within 24 hours and to satisfaction. He always says hi to us when we are around the complex.

My partner and I have been living here for almost five months now and we're quite happy at the view! we've previously lived in an apartment with regular noise problems, but happy that we've never had any issues with it here. tabitha had helped us with moving in and she was super great and answered all of our questions and got us through the process efficiently and she is always super nice. our maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner and ricky is fantastic with helping us with all of them. I am also very impressed with how good the leasing office staff are with decorating the space for

Love this place! Beautiful, extremely well kept complex. Friendly neighbors. Apartment is spacious. Ample parking, some even covered. Office and maintenance staff are on top of everything. Quiet area of Henderson. Pictures on website of amenities don't do them justice. Five big screen TV's around the pool and club house for you to use. Well equipped community kitchen to use whenever you want. Awesome pet spa to use so your apartment doesn't smell of wet dog. 😂 Nice dog run area too. Kimmely helped us at move in and was great! Would highly recommend this complex.

Have been living here for 4 year and it's been an amazing experience. Staff has always been very friendly & quick to solve my issues when there was any. Maintenance is really on top of everything which is awesome. Neighbors are friendly & sociable. 5 starts because I can't see anything I didn't like about living here. Sad to be leaving but I've decided to relocate. Cristy made it a very stress free & easy move out process. Thanks again!

My review on here was deemed to have exceeded the character limit, but you can view my original post that includes the complaints on the Yelp page for The View at Horizon Ridge. This place is an absolute joke. Management will not believe a word you say when you file complaints about noise and nuisances about loud and disrespectful neighbors and will also not resolve anything or communicate with you. The place has also turned into a party, especially at the pool where people are allowed to carry on with loud talking, drinking, and partying until midnight while others are trying to sleep. Moved here in February & it’s been an amazing experience so far! Maintenance has been on top on any issue I’ve had. The outdoor areas are always clean & ready. Neighbors have been extremely respectful. So far my living experience here has been impeccable. Cristy made it a super easy move in experience and always helped me & my family feel at home. Looking forward to living here.

The View at Horizon Ridge has been an amazing place to live. First, I'd like to thank Xochitl from the management office for making the move so easy. She has been beyond helpful from the day I toured the apartment until now, when I have any questions. She never hesitates to answer any question and is always extremely nice and caring! Also would like to thank Christy from management as well. Everyone is very nice and always there for anything you need. The apartment has been nice to live in - clean and new. There is also maintenance on site whenever you need anything. Ricky and Dustin have helped
