Horrible We moved in here in the master bath tub was Painted with big paint chunks in the bathtub we could barely take showers let alone take a bath. I donât know why they didnât replace the bathtub youâre not supposed to paint bathtubs thatâs ridiculous overpriced old apartments. And we had to pay for cabinets they had to replace from their previous renters. Smh

THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD!!! I AM MOVING FROM DALLAS, I FLEW TO VEGAS TO VIEW APARTMENTS, I SPOKE WITH A LADY IN THE OFFICE ON 08/31/21 , I WAS TOLD TO COME VIEW THE UNIT THE NEXT DAY. I AGREED, I AM NOW AT THE PROPERTY AND IM BEING TOLS I CANT SEE THE UNIT AND SOME ONE WILL CONTACT ME . AFTERRRR IVE FLOWN TO VEGAS WITH MY MOM TO SEE THIS PLACE. THEY TURNED ME AROUND WITH NO APOLOGY, NO SYMPATHY, NO ANYTHING FOR MY SITUATION!! I CANNOT BELIEVE IM LITERALLY IN VEGAS TO VIEW THIS APARTMENT AS MY NUMBER ONE OPTION AND THE MANAGER LITERALLY DENIED ME A TOUR I WAS CONTACT TO COME TO

Francisco and John rock so much. Every single day they are out doing repairs. They show up on time and do their absolute hardest when working. Frankly I have never been to an apartment complex with such quick and efficient repairs and maintenance. Whomever hired these guys did a good job and a company would be extremely lucky to have their expertise and workmanship.

I absolutely canât talk highly enough about Johnathan and Francesco, they have given us nothing but help and respect through this trouble in our apartments. Our AC blew causing a lot of water damage and both Johnathan and Francesco were on it in a blink of an eye. And the amount of respect and hospitality they have makes an unfortunate situation much easier to go through. Thank you guys so so much for your help!!

Canât thank enough Jonathan and Francisco for for their help they are very good people and are very attentive when it comes to a issue in your apartment. If you need anything done or have a concern they are there to help and resolve the issue in a timely manner. Both of these men have my respect very hard workers and are on top of their game when fixing anything that needs repair in your apartment with no slacking. So if you need anything fixed just let them know and you will not be disappointed.

Im putting my review on Jonathan and Francisco which is the maintance men and let me just say that they have been respectful, friendly and attentive with the issues i have had and they were very helpful and a formative when it came to my concerns on certain issues in my apartment. I needed my garbage disposal fixed because it was the third time breaking and Francisco did an amazing job at fixing it plus the part was brand new like i wanted it. Jonathan ended up doing an amazing job as well when it came to a problem on master bathroom ceiling that came from a leakage from the upstairs apartment
