Freimark properties was established in 1973 by Floyd Freimark, the father of Steve, who is the current owner of Freimark Properties today. Steve's wife, Becky, is the Manager that operates both the Villa Don and Royal Terrace apartments. Both apartment complexes remain to be a renter-oriented business which is why Freimark Properties has continued to operate for 46 years!
