Alberto Stein Rios, CEO & Founder, is a full-time Real Estate Professional, Executive Property Manager and Real Estate Entrepreneur. Since 2004, he has been licensed and worked independently in different facets of the industry, including sales and investing, making him a valuable resource for anyone with a real estate need.

When the recession of 2008 hit, his focused switched to property management, when he worked in a variety of positions for some of the largest property management companies in the industry. It was there he gained a foundation of experience in managing all different types of properties- from single family to multi-family, from military housing to student housing, and from low-income housing to luxury apartment living and everything else in between.

Whether you own a home or investment property, we provide a full menu of management services for you including marketing, tenant screening, maintenance and accounting.
Blocked toilets are usually caused by something blocking the system, and will need to be unclogged. Flush the system once, and use a plunger to gradually pump the blockage through the system. Avoid flushing the toilet too much while it is blocked, as this will cause an overflow.

To diagnose the issue of a non-flushing toilet, remove the cover on the back of the toilet to view the flushing system and make sure the flapper element is attached and working.Rule out equipment failure by trying to power the equipment from another outlet. If you suspect that the outlet is the problem, reset the breaker to see if this resolves the issue.

Allowing a third party to manage your investment property may create some anxiety and questions. Here are some questions that are frequently asked of us by new clients. However, generally there are two fees we charge owners, fees for leasing and fees for management. You can hire us for either or both.
Note: These are our typical fees we charge on most properties. Actual fees and commissions will be ultimately determined based on the property type, exact circumstances and scope of work negotiated after a proposal for your property is conducted. We understand that healthy management relationships are built on good tenants.

Honestly, I have nothing to say but good things. I live in Studio 85th and the Property Management takes you more seriously than most places. I have pretty high standards and they usually respond promptly to my requests. I may or may not be moving out because I'm low income (for Seattle) and have certain needs. For the location, it's actually a great deal. Thanks.
