Epic Asset Management creates value for residents, team members and owners throughout the Greater Puget Sound Region. The Epic collection of communities encompass a variety of settings and styles. Our focus is directed towards the quality of experience and value that we provide to residents.

Walking onto an Epic property always feels like home, with a warm welcome by an on-site associate, a clear sense of community, and an eye to details that make Epic properties special.I lived here 3 years and the only reason I left was because of moving out of state. The building itself is great, but what really makes it is the community and the care and effort that Amber puts into it.

Top floor apartment. Elevator has been out of service for four days, going on 5. The building manager says she's trying to get the necessary part and a repair appointment but can't give me a date. Meantime, I'm recovering from a total knee replacement and can't get down 6 flights of stairs to see my physical therapist or get my mail. Unacceptable, to say the least. AND my attempt to email Epic got an error message.

Absolutely hands down the WORST property management I have ever dealt with! Make sure you read reviews and do research before renting from one of their properties!! Read Yelp, Google, BBB etc....this management company should be completely shut down!
