Preference will be given to residents of Texas and those affected by Hurricane Harvey, however others are welcome to apply. Natural disasters can have devastating effects on those involved and their loved ones.

Bryant learned hard work and persistence at a young age. It all started at the Landry's Oyster Bar when Bryant was 10. Bryant was just along for the ride when his dad and some old buddies got together for some oysters and beer. Bryant had been begging his parents for a go-cart for months, and he continued to pester his father about it on this particular afternoon.
Cristina's family moved to East Texas from Mexico when she was only one year old. While her family struggled to build a new life in a new country, Cristina started school without speaking any English. After quickly becoming fluent in English as well as Spanish, Cristina learned that education and hard work were essential to overcoming her family's hardship.

They were extremely helpful and very commutative. Everyone was friendly- especially Vicky. I was having issues with my insurance who didn’t want to pay roof damage due to the hail storm from a few years ago. They were able to get my insurance to pay what was needed within a reasonable timeframe.

Due to Hurricane Harvey there some some damage to the roof but my insurance company felt that there was not a significant damage and then raised my insurance premium. I was recommend to Fitts Law firm. who explained clearly to me everything. The insurance company tried to drag the issue but the Law firm stayed on top of them and resolved the issue. It took sometime but I got the results that I was looking for and was able to replace my roof. The staff especially Vicky was very polite and helpful. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

Being involved in a car accident that totals my car and is no fault of mine was scary. The responsible drivers insurance company basically laughed at my expectations - which honestly weren’t out of line. My car was totaled and my gap ins paid the difference. I reached out to Fitts Law Firm after a friend recommended them. Unfortunately, the driver only carried the basic amount required by the state of Texas, so after my medical bills were paid I had a small amount left of the settlement. Without an attorney I would have gotten even less and would have had to pay my own medical bills. Thankfully

I believe I’ve been with this Law Firm since 2014 . I’ve had to collect all of the information from the hospitals the doctors and send it into this office, as a matter fact I did all of the footwork finally I believe after all talking with different officers there , I won’t name them all . I had three different claims check your records you will see that two of them paid off but between bankruptcy court and the law firm and everybody else that spoke with me I guest received their share of the money. I was left with not very much . So as of now there is still one more claim I’m waiting for

I was amazed they kept me updated as things progressed with my claim against TWIA. TWIA offered me less than $3500 for my claim. I contacted Fitts Law Firm and spoke to Carla Delpit. Carla ran with the information I supplied and the firm got me a settlement in excess of $18,000.00. I am keeping their number in my phone.
