I spoke to the receptionist, I believe her name was Christina, with a simple question. She was very rude and short with me. I would not recommend speaking with her.

If I could give them no stars, I would. Husband came here from TMC for rehab after back surgery. Laid in bed for 3 days...they do NOt use walkers. He did more at the hospital than in here. No one answered calls for 2 hours when he had to go to bathroom. Didn't bring urinal. Had to ask for his medications. Nobody does anything here. DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONE HERE.

My mother was here for rehabilitation after a thalamic stroke. She was treated with the most respect and her care was above average. The staff was so helpful - from housekeeping to administration and every one in between. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking care for their loved one!!! By the way-never have I seen a place where the menu choices are so vast! You’d think you were at a restaurant.

Horrible place, would not recommend to anyone. While my mother was in there the nurses were extremely lazy didn't want to do anything. If she called for help she would be waiting, at time 20-30 minutes for them to even come check to see what she needed! They didn't like changing her bandages so she got infections on her legs. We had to take some of her clothes and stuff obviously and they kept going missing, and they have no idea what happened to them. The finale straw was when they couldn't get my mother to wake up they waited 3 1/2 hours(of her not waking up at all with them calling her name

My mother is at the moment at the facility. I was thinking of having her transfered out of here but mom is Spanish speaking only and most of the staff do speak Spanish I do appreciate that, they are working hard to help . Yes they take long to give meds but I think all facilities do, if anything all facilities should consider more floating nurses that they can dedicate more time to the patients and family should be more dedicated with their relative by spending time with them. It takes effort on all parrts.

Money over everything for this place is what it seems to be. My wife was transferred here from banner, the lady who was representing the place told us how wonderful the facilities are and that they could help her gain weight and be on the path to recovery. Having a Larry Tube my wife is only able to breath threw her neck, the rep even spoke to the tube and that they could help teach her how to talk using her stoma. You would think a place like this would not be in the business of admitting patients they can’t treat, nope. They transfer her to a bed where she is sharing a room that is the same
