BE AWARE - Today a young lady and her Mom were treated horribly by Mr. Idoni upon arrival. The young lady had a bad leg injury and was bleeding badly. The Mom and daughter were obviously quite shook up due to the excessive bloodl. You could see the blood and flesh coming from the girls leg as they walked up to the door, which was locked due to Covid safety protocols. The Dr/Mr Idoni unlocked the door and asked a few questions, one of which was do you have a mask? The Mom stated she forgot the mask due to the stress of the medical issue and the safety of her daughter and asked if he had a mask for

Worst service I have ever experienced at any medical facility. My daughter had fallen off of her horse and severely cut her leg on a metal jump cup. I rushed her to Classic Urgent Care in Sanger, CA on Academy Avenue as it was the closest urgent care. My daughter was still in her ripped pants that were bloody and she was continuing to bleed. The door was locked and we were greeted at the door. The receptionist asked what happened and I explained the situation. She asked if we had face masks. I explained that I did not have a face mask as we had rushed off from the barn and were in a borrowed car

First off love the doctors there and how they listen! Very great job with the expertise and professionalism. Front desk is very welcoming. However many times that I’ve been there and I do my best to consider that they barely opened at the time I had bad experiences too ,but as of recently I still don’t like my visit when it comes to the urgent care women. They’re very stand off ish. Don’t really have a welcoming vibe and I’ve been cut off even speaking mid sentence before. I appreciate the help nonetheless even if it was done like a “chore” (job) ; but 3 times already it’s been

I went in on a Sunday and they said my insurance (which is active) wasn’t going through. According to them, they couldn’t call because it’s Sunday! I paid cash because they said it would be refunded the next day. However, they made it a huge hassle to get my refund. The girl at the front refuses to call my insurance and said it’s not within their realm to call. They said I have to call my insurance and ask them to call their office!! Really?!! This is ridiculous and I have NEVER, EVER had a single problem with my insurance. And now they expect me to take time from my schedule and my children
