The idea seems nice. It's convenient for students and staff at the health system. The general areas are clean and well maintained, but they will nickel and dime you for every cent they can. It is not worth the price and 90% of the staff don't care. It is expensive for what it is and they charge you for every little thing they can. Management is unhelpful and often dismissive of any concerns or issues raised. Our rent was incorrect when we tried to renew (we did not feel safe moving during the pandemic). I had to go speak with the leasing office 3 separate times for the issue to be resolved and

The price of this place is entirely due to its location, which is the closest luxury apartment near the medical campus. However, the small plaza in front of the building is always filled with homeless people, asking for money. Plus, for the past 6 years, I've been renting apartments at different places. This is the only one that didn't send physical or email reminders to all tenants to give a 60-day notice, and we have to pay thousands for two extra months. The complex itself is super clean, the staff is always pleasant and professional towards me, my maintenance requests are taken care of swiftly and thoroughly, my apartment is surprisingly quiet for being in the middle of the city, and the community events are great for the limited free time I do have as a med student. Every time I speak to the management, I can tell they genuinely care about keeping their tenants happy.
My only nitpick would be that navigating the apartment complex takes a bit of getting used to because of the layout. There is a map at every elevator, but I think the addition

Love it Here just recently moved in, it's super quiet, clean and minutes away from all the fun attractions in the City. Great place definitely a luxury complex, everything was clean and inviting doesn't look like anyone had previously lived where I currently reside. The Ammenities are great, Gym, pool, lounge area, great parking and a GREEN building couldn't have asked for more. Nice to have a nice pizza joint right outside as well as a CVS.

This place is awesome! Great value for your money, has all the amenities one wish for (gym, pool, lounge, conference room, BBQ, indoor parking, etc.). Management is so friendly and responsive (especially with maintainance requests, see photo for same-day maintenance service), they managed to keep their high-standards over the years and keep the residents happy. Safe neighberhood with 2 resturants and a CVS in the building. Highly recommended, especially for Hopkins staff.

1- Stephen and Zara are super friendly, responsible, and helpful. Concierge staff treat you like family. All staffs are responsive to e-mail and easy to contact.
2- The building is absolutely stunning and the amenities are top notch. The apartments have a clean, and modern feel.

Very poorly run apartment complex. Every time I would go down to concierge to pick up a package there would never be anyone there to help! Multiple times this has happened. The place has nice anemities but none of the staff knows how to work them! I wanted to use a television in the lounge room and they didn’t know how to turn it on or change channels. I’ve started to move my stuff out because I no longer wanted to live in such a poorly managed place when I pay an arm and a leg to do so. They came into my apartment and professionally cleaned it and prepped it for a new resident while I still
