We used this caterer for an engagement party for 35 people in October 2022. All the guests raved about the food! They have a strong selection to cover all food preferences (vegetarian, gluten free, etc.). If you order the clam chowder get extra! Quite of a few guests left with chowder to go!

Lavishly Dunn provided the catering at our wedding this past weekend and went above and beyond our expectations. Though it was in our backyard, Lavishly Dunn helped elevate the event to an elegant affair. Their timing, professionalism, and skill were all on point. Jane led the crew and was outgoing, friendly, and a calming presence. They worked gracefully around us and met all of our guests' needs. The food was outstanding and I heard numerous guests comment that it was the best wedding food they had ever had. We would definitely recommend Lavishly Dunn for your event/catering needs!

Amazing food for a bridal brunch! People were obsessed with the French toast and Caesar Salad!!! For myself, I was running around the whole time and didn’t have time to sit and eat, so the finger sandwiches were amazing for me!! Omg, the avocado one was to die for!! Thank you so so much for everything and especially the ease of ordering and delivery! 10/10 amazing experience.

We ordered cupcakes, salad, Alfredo and shrimp scampi for a rehearsal dinner. The cupcakes were great but the pasta was awful! It was dry and there were only 10 small shrimp in the whole pan that was meant to serve 25 people. They didn't even use fresh herbs only dried parsley on the scampi. Very disappointed would never use them to cater another event.

Jonathan and his team were wonderful!! Our outdoor “covid-style” wedding reception was sabotaged by a random hail and wind storm. The LD team helped us transition the luncheon indoors and with smiles and good humor! The food was fantastic. Highly recommend!

We got married during the pandemic, so we had many rules & things we could and could not do. Jonathan the owner came out to our location to really help us with our layout & plan. We know what we wanted it to look like, but many parts of the Wedding we did not know what to do. He suggested ideas in our backyard wedding. Amazeballz! this place rocks. The office manager and events coordinator Cayla accepted my late order for Christmas. It was difficult to not order 1 of each item. Alas, our NewNorm did not allow for company - first time in 27 years. We wanted it extra special for our tiny dinner of 4. The risotto was so impressive. A yummy selection of herbs and cheese completed expertly prepared arborio. One daughter favors scallops wrapped in bacon, the other likes a good, homey mac'n cheese. We got both! DELICIOUS meals! I had Lavishly Dunn at my Wedding this Summer. They helped take care of my needs especially around COVID. They kept making sure we have what we need and the dishes that were delivered to the tables were gorgeous and everyone raved about how delicious they all were. We had a catered event for my son’s baptism at our house. They were able to accommodate our order with just a week’s notice. There was an initial problem when my husband went to pick it up and we were told there was a staffing issue and our order was not ready. However, they made it right an hour later by delivering it to the house at the start of the party. The sandwiches, salad, and dishes we ordered were all absolutely delicious and freshly made. The leftovers were still delicious two days after! We will certainly order through Lavishly Dunn again in the future.

I have been working with Lavishly Dunn for over a year in preparation for a rehearsal dinner. I worked with Cayla who endured many changes before COVID even was an issue. Jonathan was willing to adjust menus to meet our needs from beginning. COVID and restrictions blew our plans up, as I am panicking they are calm and riding the wave with us. Adjusting and accommodating during these unprecedented times. Can't express our appreciation enough!

Lavishly Dunn catered our wedding last week and did a phenomenal job! The food was delicious and they customized the menu to add little touches that matched our personality (their fun & unique appetizers were a huge hit!). Jonathan did a great job as our wedding day coordinator as well making sure everything ran smoothly at the rehearsal and on the day of. He and Cayla were super easy to work with in regards to preparation and coordination and we highly recommend Lavishly Dunn to anyone looking to cater their event!

I was planning a small dinner celebration in my home for my parents 65th Anniversary and heard about Lavishly Dunn. I went over to their office in Hanover and worked with Chelsea who was accommodating and knowledgeable. She helped me pick a menu and even had a special dinner for made for my 87 year old Mother who would not have enjoyed the entree we selected. When I called her the morning of the event with 2 additional people attending she said it was not a problem which relieved all my stress.

Our wedding was in late September, 2018 so this review is long overdue! Jonathan, Cayla and the rest of the Lavishly Dunn team are absolutely fantastic. We were fortunate enough to have our wedding at a family home on the Cape, which was amazing but also came with a lot of details that normally a venue would take care of. Lavishly Dunn made the process easy and fun. Jonathan also served as our 'day of' planner. We could not have been happier than we were with Lavishly Dunn! It was apparent from the moment we initially sat down with Jessica that Lavishly Dunn would be the company we would go with. We went through the motions with some other great caterers but none matched their passion and expertise.
