We specialize in barbecues, lobster bakes, and clambakes and we cater all types of events all over the South Shore and the Greater Boston area, including weddings, corporate outings, birthday, graduation, and anniversary parties, tailgates, family reunions, and rehearsal dinners.
We make virtually everything on our menu in-house and from scratch, including our sauces, dressings, spice rubs, and marinades, and we use fresh, high quality ingredients like USDA Choice beef, Grade A, cage-free, vegetarian-fed chicken, and the freshest produce, meats, and seafood we can get.

Services
We make our appetizers ourselves in-house and they are generally priced at $3-$5 per person. We grill and cook right on-site for our catered events and our on-site catering service includes an on-site chef and service staff, heavy duty white Chinet paper plates, white plastic flatware, napkins, chafing stands w/ sternos, and buffet tables.
Just wanted to let you know what an amazing evening our catered event with you turned out to be! The food and attention to detail from your staff was beyond my expectations. Your staff were friendly and happy to assist throughout the evening! The Lobster/Clambake was absolutely the right choice for our guests who all commented on the meal especially how large the lobsters were and how delicious the ribs and clams were!

We hired Joe and his crew for a pre-wedding lobster feast for about 30 guests and it was just fabulous. There were mountains of food -- including some really beautiful lobsters -- and Joe and his servers were happy and professional and not obtrusive at all. The food was delicious and hot and the variety was impressive -- even the vegetarians had lots of choices. I wish I could have him come and cook for me every week!

We used Grill 41 to cater my daughters engagement gathering, they were AWSOME!!!! very pleasant didn't even know they were there, the food was delicious everyone raved about . we had steak tips and chicken with rice and roasted vegies would recommend to anyone they cleaned up in a flash
