I have been working with Donovan throughout this process and I have to say that it's beyond refreshing to have someone as professional as him. He answered all my questions and never got annoyed when I kept calling with questions. If I am being honest Donovan was the reason I selected Autumn Woods. DO NOT!! I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE. THESE PPL ARE SO RUDE HERE. THEY HANG UP THE PHONE ON YOU IN THE FRONT OFFICE WHEN YOU NEED TO ASK THEM QUESTIONS. THEY LOCKED THE DOOR ON MY FAMILY MEMBER AT 11:30am AND WOULDN'T GIVE HER TIL 5:00pm TO MOVE HER THINGS. THEY DO NOT DO THEIR JOB CORRECTLY HERE. DO NOT STAY HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT; TRUST ME !!!

I used to live in Autumn Woods about 15 to 20 years ago in a one bedroom by myself, now I am in a 3 bedroom with my children. The community as a whole is a great place to live, not alot of issues for the most part. I mean you will have your neighbors that are loud at times after 10:00 p.m. and people that don't want to follow parking rules but that is everywhere you go. I believe the staff are trying their best to clean up all issues with parking and noise. Don’t waste your time. My apartment was nice on the inside. New vinyl floors, new stove and refrigerator. Liz was great!! Maintenance is horrible! The grounds are unkept! My neighbors plays loud music all times of the night! It’s just way too much going on! Rent is affordable but that’s about the only good thing. The office staff are liars, I’ve been putting in a request to come look at what looks like mushrooms growing out of the wall by my AC unit and they keep giving me the run around and lying about maintenance coming by there! Do not move here.

I'm very disappointed about this apartment complex. Worst place ever I put in an application and got approve for the apartment paid Deposit Nd paid pro rated rent. A lady call me 1 hour before move in time and says Hey your application wasnt supposed to be approved. I'm like HUH!!!!!! How is that possible and I paid all this 2 weeks ahead of time. And came today and sign lease no one said anything. She was there helping the sweet lady that was doing the lease. Now I'm out of more money and have to wait for my deposit to come In mail. I will never recommend no one to go here and experience what

Autumn woods is a horrible place to live nothing never gets fix , and they have rats, roaches, gnats everywhere, and a lot of those brown spiders was everywhere the manager is a kind of nuts she comes in to your apartment snoping around when you is not there the manitance men is messy and do not do their job like they should out of all of the managers that autumn has have that manager now is the worst she is so ghetto and she keep up a lot of mess with the tennants, do not even think about living there you will be sorry.

These apartments are the worst I have ever lived in. The staff is rude and the apartments are rundown. Over the course of the year that I lived there, I had my a.c. go out multiple times and after finally having to instruct the maintenance man how to fix it, only then did it stop breaking. The pictures on their website are obviously of the one and only renovated apartment in the entire place because the floors are done in the cheapest, nastiest carpet. The parts that aren't carpet are done with cheap peal off paper that rips easily. The cabinets aren't real cabinet, instead they are makeshift plywood

Anything you need done often takes weeks-months. Small fixes/jobs you're just told to do it yourself. A worker or contractor from them snipped a wire leading to my unit and I've been without internet for nearly a week now. Getting our internet provider to match a VERY un-accommodating leasing company is a nightmare. This isn't the first time I've had and tried to replace this wire either!
Our stove top had broke and that took a month to get the eyes replaced. Such a simple fix too.
