I cannot thank Sora’s enough for fixing my wife’s car after an accident when we hit a deer. From towing our car to the collision center, to working with our insurance company, they made the process extremely easy and communicated to us the entire time. I was so happy with my experience with Sora’s. Had an unfortunate fender bender with my Mini and I knew of them from previously working at a local dealer. CJ was extremely helpful and kept me up to date through the entire process, making what was otherwise a really stressful time a lot easier. They did a great job and the car honestly looks better than it did before the accident!

Customer services was outstanding as well as the paint and body work done on my husband's 2006 Corvette. We noticed when we got the car back that the shine on it seems to be better than when he bought it new. Sora's did a fantastic job and we wouldn't hesitate using them in the future for car repairs/maintenance.

After a terrible experience at a local dealership, I went in search of a local, high-quality small business and I found it all at Sora's! I checked various service providers in the area (Sharonville) for body work/paint service and Sora's was top of the list based upon customer reviews, being Kia-certified and having a long-term placement in the local community.

I was in a car accident with a deer and sora’s was able to help me right away. They were calling me before the tow truck had even picked up my car to go over details on what happened and to let me know they are waiting for my vehicle to arrive at their shop. Throughout the whole process they were keeping me informed about every single detail about what was happening with my car. Each week I would get an update on my Ravs progress through their staff. They are a towing service as well. Towed my buddy's vehicle and had it in their lot for a very long time. The owner helped him out on the price per day so he could actually afford to get his car back. IMO this is a really good business, most tow yards will charge you so much that the bill is more than the vehicle is worth. Very professional people, clean property, and he even gave the car a jump start bc the battery was dead. Good job Sora's and thank you.
