Nonprofit Home Inspections were easy to work with, easy to schedule, and gave professional inspection results and recommendations.
Adam did a great job explaining the results of inspection to a novice first-time home buyer like me. He even was available to answer a few questions after I moved into the home weeks later. I strongly recommend Nonprofit Home Inspections.

Very thorough with a great attention to detail. James explained everything in an easy to understand way and made practical suggestions for addressing any issues with the house. The thermal imaging was so cool and they even uploaded videos alongside pictures in the report. Above and beyond my expectations!

We had Cody for a home inspection recently on new construction. Cody was very friendly and on time, he wore a facemask due to Covid regulations. We were able to schedule an appointment and pay online for the day that was convenient for us. The report was very detail oriented and had great pictures of the areas of concern. The report was completed by the end of the day as promised. I would recommend nonprofit home inspections to anyone who wanted a good inspection with great details and friendly service. We will be hiring Cody again for our reinspection before our warranties run out.
Thank you

James is a very good person and does his job excellently, and effectively with detailed home inspection and detailed report. He brought up many small details during home inspection which helped us a lot in taking action prior to purchase. I would recommend everyone to go with him for home inspection. Once you work with him, you will feel better.

I'm so lucky to have Tom Walther for my house inspection. Tom is incredible and an all-around great guy. He was referred by my amazing real-estate agent, Jennifer. He is so passionate about his job. He loves taking care of his customer. We received our inspection report on the same day and portal to access all of our information is intuitive and easy to use. The quality of photos and movie are great. He is so friendly, thorough, honest, helpful and very knowledgeable. He not only was super thorough with the inspection but he was also super welcoming of any and all questions. Beyond understanding

Reggie is the man! My wife and I had our new home inspected today and WOW! Reggie was very detailed, professional, and a pleasure to do business with. 10 out of 10 would recommend. This is our second ever home purchase and the first inspection (done by a different company) on our old home was... unsatisfactory.
Other than Reggie being an awesome dude, the inspection report was amazingly detailed and I love that we were able to put all of the issues found into a single request list to give the contractor.

I am currently buying a home in Portland, and recently had an inspection done by Thomas Walther. He did an excellent job. He was very communicative and responsive throughout the whole process. His report was clear and extremely detailed. He also coordinated an onsite remote video call with me and my realtor to go over the results of the inspection. Overall this was a great experience and I would absolutely recommend Nonprofit Home Inspections.
Thank you!

We worked with Tom Walther for our new home inspection. He was thorough and communicative. The report was detailed and self explanatory with pictures. Special shout out to Tom for getting the inspection done on the hottest day ever recorded in the region! We were able to get majority of the issues fixed by the builder before move in.
