Our doctors feel that it is important for all adults to have a yearly comprehensive eye evaluation. During an annual exam, your eyewear prescription is evaluated as well as the overall health of your eyes. Many systemic health conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and elevated cholesterol can be identified during an eye exam.

I called to schedule an appointment as a new patient and the first available was 3 weeks out. Ok not a problem. 2 days before my scheduled appointment I get a call that they have to cancel, because the doctor is out. Strange but ok, it's holiday time and businesses are busy, I ask when the next available appointment is and requested something in the coming week. They said the soonest they could get me in was 2 MONTHS, yup 2 months, out. Extremely frustrating when I've waited so long, with no explanation and no courtesy to try to reschedule me for an appropriate time. I took my business

I have had 3 appointments now for new contacts, my son had his exam, and my husband had a contact fitting as well. The office is nice, friendly staff and updated equipment. However, I have never been back quicker than 30 minutes after my appointment. The dr. Came to see my son 1.25 hours after his appointment time, then my next appointment was one hour late, that is ridiculous. Also, it has been over a month now and I still don't have my contact order? Called and after waiting 15 minutes on hold they ordered the wrong contacts and don't have my rebate. I will not be back. I am awaiting

Very frustrating. I had called Optic One to make an appointment and at the same time requested that they inform me if they accept my insurance and they said we believe so. They told me that they would call me back but never did. A few days later, I called again requesting the same thing and they said that they would call back but never did. I received a call 15 mins before my scheduled appointment, only for them to tell me that they don't accept my insurance. Ugh...frustrating.

I went into Optic One Eye care in February for my eye exam. I originally had great service. Since I had come wearing my contacts they did an exam with my contacts in. The doctor said that I was seeing 20/20 and there was no need for a new prescription At that time he asked how old my prescription was and advised him that it was at least a year if not even longer. Since my prescription was fine the doctor said there would be no need to do a contact fitting. All I would need to do is send them my prescription and they would order my contacts. When I called about a week later to order my contacts
