Our family has been going to Pacific Eye care for nearly a decade now. We love this office. Every step is always explained and with complete ease. Dr. Myers is very thorough and makes sure you are getting the best care.
A newer addition to their clinic is a sweet gal named Charlotte who helped me pick out new glasses. She is so nice and helpful. She helped me try on so many frames, giving honest feedback and helped me pick out the best frames for me. I felt like I was shopping with a friend.

Worst place we have ever encountered!!! Our first appointment with them was at the end of January. This was just before they changed their entire staff. My daughter was in need of new glasses and wanted to get contacts for the first time. We found them through our insurance website. If we liked them, they would have recieved our large family of 6 as patients. After her first appointment she picked her glasses and I paid in full the amount owed after insurance. It took longer then any other optical place to receive her glasses. That is when we found out that they had replaced their staff. No one

Staff is super great, friendly and accommodating. I let them choose my frames and I get compliments daily. Appointments are quick and easy with no fuss.

Dr. Gubler and his staff were extremely welcoming to me. I was greeted with a not unexpected temperature check, which I welcomed. I had previously completed a questionnaire on any Covid-19 related potential experiences, so that part of my visit gets an A grade. Dr. Gubler came to the lobby to greet me and show me into the first exam room where he conducted a series of tests with, in my opinion, very new testing devices with amazing technology. He explained what he was doing and why, which I found very refreshing. That part of my visit also gets an A grade as well. The final part was the fitting

While the exam process and vision specialist was great, the staff is something to be desired. It took over 3 weeks for my order to come in. They were on back order, that's okay. But no one called me to tell me that so that I could maybe get them somewhere else. Called them on a Monday morning and left a voicemail, this was just over 2 weeks after I placed an order. Waited and waited. Called on a Thursday and was placed on hold, had to go back to work so I hung up. Called the next week, on Tuesday and got a hold of someone. The person on the phone got my name and said "oh yeah, we were going through

My large family with complcated sometimes difficult kiddos have used this office for years. I have had no problems at all. The Dr is a no nonsence kind of guy, this works best with my kiddos. I love the staff they are warm and welcoming. They go above and beyond for my family.
