This sure is a place to live! the shuttle hasn’t been completely functional since september. there’s frequently issues where it is cancelled with no warning. there’s not really anything in a walkable distance. the apartment employs cheap labor and it definitely shows. my apartment had a large hole in the wall, and all the new doors installed (as there was water damage destroying half the apartment) have the handles installed incorrectly. the dishwasher and oven are installed in a way that you cannot fully open the dishwasher even when the oven door is open. the dishwasher also drains through

Problem after problem during the year here. Apartment was a mess when moving in. Plaster was all over the chairs and floor. The water heater was broken and took a month to fix. The office is of zero help in fixing issues. The lease increases every year and the bus is always broken so there's never a consistent ride to SDSU campus. Be ready to bring your own furniture because the given desk/chairs/couches/beds are all gross and not taken care of. Pathetic place with no self respect.

5025 apartments doesn't care about its residents. It's only cares about making money. DO NOT live here if you want to get your money's worth. The walls are chipped, washers leak, the shuttle that we pay for is out of service at least twice a week. This apartment complex should be your last choice when it comes to finding a student apartment. The only benefit to 5025 is that they are close to SDSU but you will be paying for it with your peace of mind and comfortability.

Great apartment complex! The staff are great and always working hard at making sure the apartments are looking nice. Elevators make it super easy to get to and from rooms and the parking garage makes it so you always have a place to park for you and for your friends in the open parking zone.

These apartments are great! The transportation shuttle is great, and usually on time. The complex is always working on improvements. My room is a nice size, and it has great natural light. Not too far from college campus, a very easy commute.

Shuttle is never reliable. When the leasing office is closed (after 5 pm) no one is supervising the drivers so they pretty much do whatever they want. So if you wanna be on time to class or want a ride home late at night I wouldn’t suggest living here.

This is my second year staying at 5025, so far my experience has been good. The cost of the apartment for the area is phenomenal, I managed to upgrade to a studio and am satisfied. They are currently in the works of renovating the apartment after the COVID hiatus! The amenities are back up, like the gym and the pool, and I'm looking forward to more events! The shuttle is useful and comes by often so I always have a way to get to campus! Nearby stores and lots of foodie places!

Place doesn't look anything like the pictures! Moved in and it was so dirty. We got added to a "cleaning list" which is just the workers with swiffers. Our sink in one room didn't work and it took a week and a half to get fixed. We called and they said maintenance maxed their hours. Meaning rooms were not checked or they need to hire way more people. Also upon move in my room wasn't locked and neither were other rooms so if I didn't know my roommates they could've used our room and so forth. After living here for a few weeks the place is adequate you get what

EDIT: Not interested in speaking to management. There's nothing they can do bc I moved out. This is my PERSONAL EXPERIENCE. I removed the part with my "theory" so as not to leave any "fraudulent claims." To management, instead of trying to discredit your residents, fix the issues. There's enough 1 star reviews w/ suggestions :)
This is a long read but highlights the reasons you should NOT live here. Disregard any positive reviews as management offers gift cards & raffle prizes for positive reviews. The employees also get a bonus if their name is mentioned in a

The office is mostly student ran and at first it’s easy to get mad and upset at them for not doing so great at their jobs but the main problem is with management. The workers never seem to be on the same page about policy and whatnot. I would not trust these reviews, the apartment gives incentive to write 5 star reviews that are not genuine at all. The parking situation is horrendous. I know people who have gotten their windows smashed multiple times and unless you contact the police, NOTHING can be done to help you. Regardless of how many cars get broken into or windows smashed, I have yet to

I never write reviews but I had so many issues living here this past year that I wanted to raise awareness for potential future residents before they sign a lease. I'm not looking for a reply from the management, I just wanted to share my experiences. I'd also like to mention that I've heard the management might add arbitrary charges in retaliation to reviews so I'm stating here that I did not cause any damage to my unit and if I receive any new charges I'll post them here with updates.

I would describe 5025 as a catfish because the outside and model apartment are beautiful

Update: they told us that they got new wifi and I was hoping it was much better, but it kinda had no effect.. This was an issue during school since everything was done online and relied heavily on wifi. That was a big problem for me, but if wifi is not an issue for you, it's overall good!

Pretty average place to live near SDSU!

The apartment itself isn't the nicest place ever but it is still pretty good! Maintenance is really fast with responding to requests and the staff is pretty knowledgeable! The apartment is a good size and the rooms are decently sized. Each room gets its own bathroom which is a huge plus!

This place will attempt to ROB YOU. It's filthy and honest to god has the worst staff I have ever encountered. It's ran by rude children and they are so unprofessional. If you want to have your money stolen and live with cockroaches it's the perfect place for you. They are trying to charge me 774 to replace a carpet in a SHARED bedroom and when I asked for the warranty and documentation of the carpet they stopped responding. It's very challenging to communicate with them because they are all clearly uneducated and unhappy. Good luck. I'm waiting patiently for the rats nest

I unfortunately wasnt able to live there due to medical reasons. But staff was really helpful in understanding my situation so they recommended me to find a replacement to take over my lease.

I found a replacement to take it over several days after my move in date. The lease we signed said that the replacement resident is taking over 12 payments totaling $18k from August 19th-July31st. The relet even said he takes over from the 19th of August.

YET SOMEHOW when I offered to be responsible for the days I occupied the lease which was 4 days, they charged me for the ENTIRE month of August??? And

**Update: See below photos of the filthy apartment upon move in. "Professional cleaners" leave an apartment in this condition for someone to move into? Also this keeps getting "new management" so they can have all the negative reviews removed from sites like this. There was over 100 negative reviews exposing them. Don't fall for the lies. Once you sign the lease, you can't buy your way out. Also, they TOWED MY CAR FROM MY ASSIGNED PARKING SPOT AT 2 AM (I had my parking sticker on windshield like I was supposed to). To get the car back I had to pay $170. This place
