Went to get records at request of our new dentist but they were closed. We left the practice a couple of years ago because their Thai speaking dentist left and although they promised another Thai speaking dentist would be available, it never happened. They also would not let us know where he moved to (main reason for us choosing this practice). They were also less than helpful with insurance issues erroneously charging us out-of-network rates which was caused by their billing practices which went on for over a year until one lady on the staff took it upon herself to resolve the issue with the insurance

No stars if I could. I have never written a bad review, no matter how bad the experience is but this place really made me waste my time and pretty much did not care about it. I usually go to Palm Valley Dental, I didn't even know this "other location" existed. I initially called Palm Valley to schedule an appointment because I had previously gotten a root canal done with them and that same tooth seemed to be hurting again. I explained all of this on the phone to them and they told me about this other location, Silver State smiles and asked if I wanted to go there and I said sure

Worst dentinst experience in my entire life! And im 48 yr old. Still after 2 months from my last appoitment i cant stop thinking and talking about it. Only positive side was lady working at front desk. Waited 2.5 hours in waiting room and after my complain they asked me "do you still want to see our doctor or you want reschedule" ? After that one member of stuff told me "there is always wait in dentist office and 2.5 hours is nothing,you always have to be prepared to that!" She also said there is even no guarantee doctor will see me and do my tooth after all this wait!. But doctor/dentist deserve

Dental staff is great but their billing is the worst I've ever seen. They saved up a year and a half of charges for both my kids without me knowing and then billed me for all of them at once and gave me one month to pay or I go to collections. When I called them they said it wasn't their problem and refused to give me thier manager's name. Very professional!

This place was pretty good. Both the dentist and the lady's that work up front are very nice and very helpful. Unfortunately I have Liberty Dental insurance and this place no longer accepts my insurance. But if you can go here I would highly recommend them. They really know what they're doing there.

I made my appointment through Zocdoc for an emergency filling that fell out. They tried to get me to reschedule my appointment 10 minutes after confirming it. Then, when I saw the doctor, it was a completely different person than the one I made my appointment with. He did not even tell me who he was before he started quickly explaining how bad my tooth was and I actually needed a more serious procedure. He mumbled to the hygienist, not even me, that I needed a crown. I had to ask her what that even was, I was shocked. They were trying to rush me through the whole process and I decided to leave

DO NOT GO HERE! I had a tooth that started hurting a couple days ago and was trying to find a place that could get me in as soon as possible. When I got a Saturday appointment I was relieved that I wouldn't have to wait until next week. I have a regular dentist that I visit but because they weren't able to get me in I thought it would be fine to go somewhere else sooner to just take care of the one tooth that was causing me pain. My daughter had an appointment scheduled for Monday at 9am. When we arrived the office was unlocked but no one was there. We waited for 25 minutes and finally when the alarm company came they told us it was closed. Really I was given an appointment 7 months prior. So we called and the girl on the other line told me she had no record of my daughter and proceeded to hang up. When we got home 2 hrs later received two calls from the office to apologize that there was a communication problem that their dentist was not coming in so the office was closed. My last appointment with this office was in Sept-Oct 2016, they did a wonderful job cleaning and checking my teeth, no complaints. Dr. Redlinger is my dentist there, he actually remembered me from the last office he worked at so the experience was a little more personable on account of that, true story :)

The best ORTHODONTIST in town! My son's teeth are perfect now. They have few locations to go to on each side of town. Best of all is the service, they take care of you really well. Katie at the reception area was very nice, Heidi is awesome and Val is great. Dr Benson is very professional yet caring and approachable. Been a patient from the beginning and there's a lot of changes. Dr Amy is still around but has added much more staff. The paperwork is a pain but I guess it's better to be thorough. Excited Dr. Chris has started, he used to assist her 5 years ago and now has finished dental school. Mario is quick with the x rays so that helps. Not a fan of the dentist but if I have to go at least I'll go somewhere they know me.

I wish I could give zero stars! After a horrible accident of my dog hitting my mouth a little too hard my front tooth was knocked out of place. Because of the reviews I chose this place, with great regret. After taking x rays the dentist attempted their typical scare tactic, urging me to have a root canal right away as the tooth was already decaying & spreading O.o After giving me a $1500 quote I took my loose tooth butt out of there and called another dentist close by. So, I'm one of those people that is terrified of dentists. Apparently my jaw nerves go every which way but rational, and until I went here, I had never actually been numb for a dental treatment. I'd assumed "numb" meant "you can't feel your tongue and your lip is fat but expect random, blindingly intense lances of pain at the most shocking moments".

So like a LOT of people, I am scared of the dentist. I have a high pain threshold, but when it comes to even a simple tooth cleaning, I freak out. I am very disappointed. I generally have had a wonderful experience at this practice. However, I scheduled an appointment two months in advance, I did not receive a confirmation call so I left a message the evening before my appointment. I received a follow up call the morning after and the receptionist proceeded to tell me how she and another co-worker spoke with me the day before the appointment and I cancelled both mine and my daughters appointments. I have had a few bad experiences with dentists in the past. This had sadly led me to not see anyone for quite sometime, so when I needed to go I chose here a referral from my friend. I was scared but they were so friendly, caring, understanding and gentle I was actually started to get excited to get my work done and move on in my life! Love the new location! Dr. Amy and her staff just got bigger and better. I've been seeing her for the past couple years and knew she was great from the start. The office is very nice and modern. There's a lab onsite so I got my crown on the same day! How great is that. Every other time I've had to wear temporary and it always fell off. I will never wear a temp again! Karla is the best and the customer service is amazing. This is place has the best dentists in town. So far I've met Dr. Huong and she is just as pleasant. I actually look forward to coming in.

I had an emergency with my parents today and needed a fast and swift solution. I looked up Silver State Smiles from Yelp and I called them immediately around 1pm. They were incredibly warm and courteous on the phone and gave me an appointment for the same day.
When we got there the receptionist was really nice and welcoming. They saw us within 10 minutes and made us feel like we were the only ones there. They told us that the estimate is free. Due to the nature of the problem they had to take X-rays which they did in a very professional and attending manner beyond what was expected.

Absolutely exceptional service and GREAT staff. Can't say enough good things about Dr Amy. We've have tried out several dentists in the last few years - all but one were good dentists and nice. Silver State takes Good and Nice to Great and Excellent. :) Our sone loves them too. That's a great compliment from a 9 year old to a dentist.

So where to begin? First.. I am sort of abusive when it comes to tooth maintenance; cigars, drink whiskey, coffee, espresso, and who knows what else. This is as good as it gets! Its a small boutique dentist office that has a friendly staff. They even cover quite a bit of different kinds of insurances. They also have cool incentives if you recommend people.
I've had my cavities filled, a chipped front tooth replaced, and a mouth guard made for myself. No one could even tell I had a front tooth replaced (color matched too). I also have a bottom retainer from previously having braces, and she cleans it perfectly every time I visit. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs to see a dentist.

This is the first place i actually say i am satisfied i have gone to other Dentist but it does not compare nothing like this place. The staff is the friendliest i have ever encounter in a Dr. office they have so much energy always smiling and being so friendly i would recommend this office to everyone. The service they provide is over 100%. Even DR.
