Our personnel has the training and experience to provide our clients with the highest quality legal representation. Our attorneys are fully licensed to practice in all Texas State courts and also in the Federal courts of the Northern District of Texas. Mr. Kraft is also licensed to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States.
I was born and raised in the Appalachian mountains of eastern Kentucky in a small town called Prestonsburg. After graduating from high school in 1990, I attended Alice Lloyd College where I obtained a Bachelor's degree in history in 1995 and graduated with honors as a member of the Alpha Chi honor society.

I am no longer a partner at Kraft & Associates but I was a founder of the firm way back in 1979. I am now Of Counsel. I've been representing injured, disabled, and elderly people for 50 years, and it's what I love to do.
I have been with our Social Security Department since 1990 and am now the Social Security Department Manager. I am also the Administrative Assistant and I am fluent in Spanish. My husband and I have been volunteers for the Texas Stampede Rodeo for the last six years. All proceeds go to Children's Medical Hospital.
I grew up in New Jersey and attended the University of Massachusetts and Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey. I moved to Texas in 1971 and went to work for the attorney who hired Mr. Kraft when he graduated from Baylor Law School. I have been married since 1973 and my husband and I are very proud parents of a Texas A&M graduate and a Texas Tech graduate.

I called do to my accident and being denied twice for disability. The moment I called and spoke to the first person the experience was amazing! Everyone was so nice and helpful. They thankfully were able to take my case. After waiting a few months, I finally received my court date. They helped me prepare and get all my paperwork to the appropriate people. Mr. Stewart had several phone calls with me as well as emails. He just called this morning before I received anything in the mail to let me know I was awarded disability. I can’t thank everyone enough for all your hard work and what you do.

They expressed a complete disregard for my time. It's inconsiderate and disrespectful. This is my first time being in a car accident and needing a lawyer. They left a very bad taste in my mouth. I will not be returning.

Kraft Law is my go-to attorney. They are experts, especially when a potential lawsuit is involved. They make the whole process easier and less stressful. My experience with Kraft & Associates was invaluable. They made sure my medical needs were addressed immediately and then went on to fight for what was commensurate with the tangible and intangible loss incurred by such a devastating event.
