David H. Bader, CMCA, AMS, B.A., established D.H. Bader Management Services in 1991 after seven years of establishing and managing community associations for a local development firm. David has been involved in Community Association Management since 1985, beginning his career with a local development firm establishing and managing community associations and creating a property management division.

As a BoD member for our HOA, I have been working with D. H. Bader Management Services for about 9 years. We have recently had a number of very large projects come up that David and his team have been extremely involved in helping us to address. We have had issues ranging from multiple undesirable governmental and private businesses wanting to be built within the proximity of our neighborhood, to addressing homeowner grievances. The possible closing (for 6 months) of the entrance to our neighborhood to ensuring proper drainage though multiple properties with our neighborhood. David and his team

Our Board of Directors interviewed several management firms before settling on D.H. Bader. We have not been disappointed. Their managers are knowledgeable, responsive to homeowners, professional in their communication, and thorough in their record keeping and followup on board directives. I would recommend any HOA board consider D.H. Bader when looking for a manager for their community.

D. H. Bader manages our 89-unit luxury townhouse HOA. I've found everyone with Bader to be professional, super-responsive and very knowledgeable in how to navigate problems or questions. This company is something else if I could give no star I would .. you mail your payment to a PO BOX .. then when you call no answer you get a notice paste to your door that you are in collections ..you go there they all have a stupid look on their face told you that have not recd ur check.. come to find out it was recd by another dept and sent to their atty which by the way still has not cashed the check and know wants atty fee ... for a check that was sent before any collections date .. they are so in cohoots with the Atty... so annoyed at their behavior..mind you the website for payment is always

This management company is a sub-par HOA management company and is not worthy of any stars but I had to click one in order to post. No homeowner should be paying their management company for incompetence, unresponsiveness and low community management. If any community is looking for a HOA management company don't bother, you will be frustrated and disappointed. If any Woodstream Village members are reading this post and are dissatisfied with the conditions of management, it is imperative to come to the Woodstream Board meetings. I worked with D.H. Bader Management for about 14 years as a Board Member and President. I find them to be extremely professional, competent and knowledgeable. Our manager, David Vaughn, is the consummate professional and having worked with other companies in the past, I can honestly say we would be crazy to let them go. I highly recommend this company to any HOA looking for professional management of both your financial matters, and your property.

My experience with this management company is been a really frustrating one. I have been living a year in this community and this company won’t do anything about the problems in my backyard. I send the supervisor an email with pictures explaining our situation and all he did was refer us to other places. He keep implementing that is not their problem and that there is nothing they can do about it. He didn’t even bother to send or come to my house to look at the problem. He just did what was convenient for him. A whole year trying to solve this situation and they just pass it around like a hot

I am a resident in Laurel. I wanted to bring to your attention a disturbing situation in the Wellington community.
It appears our homeowners association board, property management company and the board’s attorney are colluding to defraud and extort residents in my community.
Please see attached letter regarding our situation. To my knowledge, there are other similar homeowners in our community that is currently experiencing the same issues.
The property management company DH Bader is based in Laurel, the law firm is Linda Mericle and Associates and the HOA board is the community at Wellington
