Services
Deposits are used to hold a unit, as such we no longer market any property that has a deposit on it. Once tenant moves in the deposit is transferred from a holding deposit to a security deposit. Security deposits are reimbursed at the time a resident vacates the property with an expired lease. Deposits may be held for damages.
Our approach is unique, we are in-field for most of the day to ensure properties are well-maintained and to ensure tenants are comfortable in their homes. We offer this service at a reasonable price point to allow our owners to maximize their Return on Investment. We strive to make each, and every owner feel as though their properties(property) are our only portfolio- meaning personalized touch, attention to detail and service are our aim!

This management company has truly helped me so much. They have an amazing staff who answer their phone every time I call with a question or problem. Jeremy has helped tremendously by fixing up the issues/repairs with my home in record time, and Brie has helped with having it on the market and rented within 2 weeks. They are all well versed in customer service and I’m so thankful I have found them. I look forward to working with all of them in my next investment property.
