In the early 1980's Erica and Nicole's hard working, fun-loving and driven parents had tried everything to find what they considered to be a success. They were both true entrepreneurs at heart. In 1986, Cathy and Omar found their passion and started a company called C&O Services Inc. Over the years, they eventually had a business that was providing for their family.

Don't work for them, it takes forever to get paid!
The office staff has no idea what they are doing, change their mind half way through the project and do not compensate.
I finished a job for them 4 months ago, another one 2 months ago I haven't been paid and no one will give me an update on my payment.
