Heritage Forest

I love this little place I think it's awesome and everyone who lives here is so friendly! They have large two bedroom two bath Masters and the balcony is huge! I wouldn't live anywhere else within this area!

It's Terrible you have to live with someone running and letting the kids run all night long when they should be sleep. When you go to the Rental Office to tell them about it seems like nothing ever gets done because the running jumping off of furniture all night long continues. Don’t know if I was to try to find another apartment somewhere else. if it will be any better Rental Office need to send out letters like they were when I first moved out here where they sent letters telling people when the noise had to stop there be in violation of there lease if it didn't stop

This is the 2nd time that I have attempted to view this property & they have inconvenienced me. Today I called and was scheduled for a 2:00 PM viewing. I arrived to the property on time and the door is locked; although, there is a sign out front indicating they are open. I call and nobody answers. Finally someone comes to the door confused as to why I’m there advising me they have nothing to show me. I informed her I had an appointment scheduled today for today. She said I could come in but they have nothing to show me. Why would I want to continue to waste more of my time is beyond me.

I picked up my application from Alley on Monday. I retured the complete application and the $32 application fee on Tuesday. 3 hours after I returned home I received a call that I was approved.
I returned Wednesday with a $200 hold for my appartment.

I was so interested in these apartments sounds like century plaza where I live now thank you guys four you'll reviews that's crazy I work very hard and I don't want to go from one bad situation to a worse one.This apartment complex has the worse views I've ever read omg the space seems to look wonderful on line but it really seems like it's a headache out there ..I'll keep searching I can't do a thousand kids running around or a broken gate and so much more I just want peace and quiet..even though we all know everywhere you move it maybe a few issues but this property seems to have every issue

Where do I begin... Run as far as you can from here. I went 4 MONTHS without a stove.... a stove like really a stove that they could have replaced with another one from a vacant apartment... i was always told somebody would get to me when they could. The bad part is they switch staff so much and they leave the new people in the blind of whats going on. I went without a washing machine for 6 months and it got to the point I even asked could I buy my own and was told no. The maintenance couldn't fix it but they refused to give me another. I had multiple money orders go missing or into another account

If I could rate this complex 0 stars I would. They’re application process is faulty and they’re unprofessional. They take you through a “pre-screen” but what exactly they’re screening for idk. The pre screen takes your last known residences, time at address, social, your income and it’s source. My little sister passed this prescreen apparently because she was told to move on to the next step, the Actual application process to which I’m still not sure the difference. She paid her money, just for them to come back and say they couldn’t lease to her because she hadn’t been on the

When I say HORRIBLE I Mean absolutely HORRIBLE! The whole Application process is very unorganized, The staff ? poorly trained and confused. If you can just AVOID this place I highly recommend just going somewhere else. I wish I wouldn’t have wasted my time ! Maybe I can save someone else their time !

Well, I moved out Heritage Forest in 2015 and I love my gated community, my apartment is so adorable I have no issues with neighbors. I feel safe living out here with my son..Anytime I had a maintenance issue it was taking care of in a timely manner. .. The new management team is wonderful , friendly and caring. ..Their open to new ideas for the residents. . My over all experience is "GREAT". Thanks guys....

Our family of 4 moved into Heritage Forest July 2012 even during Phase II of construction here. This is a great place to reside. Spacious apartment with full-size washers and dryers, dishwashers, and microwaves. I love the 3 large bathrooms, ample closet space in the bedrooms and hall, and 2 full baths in our apt. The surroundings are gorgeous with picturesque trees lining either side of the entrance road, as well as beautiful flowers and shrubbery adorning the rental office and every single complex.
