The remote wasn’t working . We told the front office and they said they will send someone up. An hour later someone walks in my room and then sees my kids and walks back out. It really scared my kids at least if your maintenance just announced that your maintenance. My husband went down to talk to them and the guy that walked in the room and walked out quickly pretended that he didn’t know what we were talking about very rude and unprofessional. I have never had a problem with this hotel until now

Stayed in Heathman Lodge for one night. The staff was wonderful, very polite, pleasant and helpful. They went out of the way to accommodate us. Unfortunately, this was the only positive experience we had. The room was absolutely filthy. It didn't look like it was even vaccumed. There were clipped nails on the floor in the bathroom and soap foam on the bathroom door. The bedding did not appear to have been changed as we found hair on the bed sheets on both beds.
Unfortunately, we did not enjoy our sleep either. Our room had a balcony with the cracks between the door and the door frame that let

Just stayed here a couple nights ago for a night, my friend and I felt so welcome as soon as we stepped in. Couldn't get his name but the man who checked us in was the kindest, he is a big part of the reason I would stay here again. Room was excellent, super clean and found no other issues. Thank you!

We love this hotel now. Our new go to place when visiting out kids and grandkids in Vancouver, Wa.
Super comfy bed which is hard to find these days. Slept soundly, did not notice noise from neighbors or outside. Very clean common areas and the staff was friendly. Can't really ask for more. Looking forward to staying next time we are in town.
Would definitely recommend.

I asked for a quiet room and I can hear the roar of SR 500. They have single pane windows so it's a disturbing and incessant road. I'm so tired from traveling from Tucson today that I don't want to ask to be moved.
They give you a questionnaire about what you want when you sign up for their program, but it doesn't mean anything. For instance, I'm very allergic to feather pillows. This room has eight feather pillows, so I called for them to bring up foam.
I'm just tired. I just wanted a quiet place.

We booked this hotel for a one night stay. When we got to the room, I checked the bed and noticed some hair on the pillow. Then I pulled back the top sheet and saw crusty white body fluids smeared across the blanket. So. Unbelievably. Disgusting. Immediately went to the front desk and they moved us to a different room. I checked the second bed and found a maggot in between the mattress and the box spring. Just avoid this hotel at all costs.

Lovely spot! Deluxe King room was great! Fridge, Microwave, Keurig, sofa, double sinks, walk in shower.....just fabulous!! The common areas are very comfortable and welcoming. The hotel restaurant Hudson's Bar and Grill is phenomenal!! Within walking distance to shopping and dining. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and again!

I've been staying at The Heathman Lodge for the past few years when visiting family in the area, and was pleased to see the same level of service and care for the facilities in my first return in 18 months. The staff was very friendly and clearly following health and safety protocols put in place during Covid-19. The facility was clean and well maintained despite certain dips in income and staffing over the past 18 months.
I particularly have always appreciated the mattresses selected. I'm at the age where the mattress I sleep on has a great impact on my sleep and the following day, so

I'll give it a solid 3 stars. Stayed here on a coupon deal through Snaptravel. We didn't pay much for the two nights we stayed and I didn't have super high expectations. When we first arrived it was kinda unclear about where the main entrance was. It's right next to the outdoor dining area and looks like there's some signage but it's strange how it's laid out. Check-in staff were polite and informative. However, the guests that stay here aren't super considerate. Kids running down the floors knocking on doors until midnight, drunk people yelling down the

My husband and I took an impromptu little date night vacay and booked a room at the Heathman Lodge in Vancouver WA. We had a fun day then checked into our room. When we checked in a lady was very upset at the counter about the cleanliness of her room. We thought nothing of it and checked in to relax after our busy day. We watched TV on the bed for a couple hours and then decided to pull back the sheet to get in. To our surprise it was obvious the sheet had not been washed and had fresh dried blood all over it. We were quite astonished and then very grossed out! We called down to the front desk

I cannot recommend this place enough! Their Covid protocol, cleanliness, spacious rooms and overall ambience are hard to beat.
What is MOST impressive is the staff and their customer service. We experienced an electrical issue with our room door and they comped us not only dinner but also our STAY!! Will always stay when in town. Definitely want to give a shout-out to Fred and Catlyn-Sue (sp?) for their help last night...you both were the absolute best!!

Wow this place has gone downhill. We would stay here off and on over the last 10 plus years.
Last night we left early and came home. One elevator broken, water everywhere from and ice machine. Dishes outside of doors from earlier in the day outside of about 5-7 rooms. And on our floor it was like smoke central. People were smoking everywhere. It inundated the entire floor and our room. It's gross. Don't stay here. It was wonderful back in October when we last stated but something is afoot at the Heathman Lodge. Should have taken some photos but I just wanted to get out of there.

This hotel is awesome! We have been there twice and looking forward to our 3rd visit! The 4th floor business suite is great. Big tv fireplace and spa tub. The people that check u in r so nice. Would always recommend this lodge! Only thing restauraunt here quit serving shrimp risotto which was so good so im disappointed they dont have it anymore. I would think if it's great why would u take it off the menu ? That irritates me when i look forward to a good thing on their menu. Steak is bomb! So other than that the heathman lodge is awesome!!!!!

Nice hotel for the money. The bed was great and shower pressure excellent. Leather sofa in the room was comfortable. We had a nice view of trees out the window. The check on check out was fast. Because of COVID we did not try the restaurant. However those in the lobby bar area appeared to enjoy their drinks and food. Parking was plentiful and safe.

The good: Beautiful hotel, very inviting lodge feel. Staff was super friendly and guests seemed to be enjoying themselves. Also got a good deal on priceline, probably due to covid. At first appearance, it's a lovely room and hotel.
The bad: Between the refrigerator, the air conditioner, and the laundry room next door I had not one moment of silence. That could have been overlooked if the mattress had not been so hard that it literally hurt to lay on. The sheets were too short for the bed, and there was no comforter, just a sheet/thin blanket /another sheet. Also, there were spiderwebs dangling

Loved the theme of this hotel, with Pendleton blankets everywhere and a mountain-like feel to it (even though it was in the urban city of Vancouver).
Service was great and the staff were all very courteous. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We stayed on the fourth floor and had access to the hospitality suite for breakfast, which had a good variety of typical hotel breakfast foods (yogurt, fresh fruit, cereals, waffle maker), but no eggs, sausage, potatoes--things like that. I did enjoy the pre-made parfaits and breakfast bars they provided! I'll probably stay here again the
