Starting a Catering Company & Food Truck is their idea of how to combine an enjoyable skill and satisfying job. Owned and operated by Wendy & Christophe Granger - Proprietors (and cooks, servers, cashiers, cleaning crew, culinary advisors, business managers, HR directors etc.) The Road Rooster is a mobile kitchen and can often be found at local Eastern Iowa Corridor festivals, farmers' markets and area businesses.

Services
Depending on the size of the event, we usually arrive on site 1-2 hours prior to opening time and will be prepared to leave within 30 minutes of closing time. Average service time from order to food delivery is 3 minutes and we can serve multiple guests at one time so we move our line pretty quickly.
