I have loved to cook as long as I can remember. I would watch chef shows as a small child and attempt to replicate recipes burning up the house and making my mom and sister taste whatever I had concocted out of our refrigerator. As I got older I became the designated griller at cookouts and get togethers and the go to house on holidays.
Roasted turkey, on a ciabatta with cream cheese and cranberry chutney topped with a soft savory stuffing. Mild Jerk marinated chicken breast topped with melted mozzarella cheese, lettuce, mango salsa and our savory sweet jerk sauce. Marinated grilled chicken, pesto spread, spinach, Mozzarella cheese, and tomatoes on a toasted ciabatta bun.
