The staff is always professional and nice! Work orders are usually addressed same or next day. The gate is always working , which is a major plus. One main reason that I am moving is due to there being a stench in my apartment from downstairs - unfortunately if your neighbors are nasty or smoke, the stench rises. The one bedroom has one small closet - no coat closet, no lining closet, no pantry. I personally need more closet space.

This is the best place to live in Phenix City! I moved away from AL and when I returned, this is the only place I wanted! I’m so happy to be back. The staff is very friendly. The maintenance guys are quick and get everything done immediately. The pool and gym are always clean. Once you here, you are home!

The Gardens is probably the best place I’ve ever lived. They strive to keep the place beautiful. They’re quick to fix something once you submit a maintenance request. The pool is amazing. The staff is great. And because of all of their greatness we are renewing our lease because we wouldn’t ever find a place as nice and worth the price as The Gardens on Stadium. ♥️

Recently moved in and overall I am impressed not only was the process of moving in a smooth one but staff so far has been on top of everything. Community is clean quiet and honestly I thought being in the front will be an issue but it’s not hardly hear any noise from cars passing plus the bonus the water features at the pool provide a very serene feel when walking by. Cannot rave much more on the privacy that each apartment balcony offers. Definitely has been worth living here thus far. The accessibility to the Columbus and schools is within stone throwing distance. If you want to feel at home

I've been living here since July 2019. I'm in a one bedroom unit. The apartment has plenty of light, a large open floor plan in the living room/dining room. It's very quiet I never hear my neighbors music or stomping around. I have a wonderful view of the woods instead of the parking lot. Maintenance, the office staff, have always been nice. My only complaint would be low water pressure. Not a big deal considering the apartment rental rates are mid range. Easy access to Columbus.
