Services
Metropolitan Property Management was formed by Gregory Cueter over 30 years ago. Since its founding, MPM has grown to become one of the leaders in condominium and community management in southeast Michigan. We have recently relocated to our newly constructed offices in the heart of Macomb County. Our references include communities that date back to the inception of our organization.
At MPM we are always investigating and utilizing the best service providers for all services. Our investigation has concluded that CIT Bank provides specialized services for condominium management companies. They offer an array of services that are more effective, timely, and provide free banking services to the community.
We aim to process your resale and lending information as quickly and accurately as possible to ensure that you receive the most efficient and responsive service available. Metropolitan Property Management, with its continued focus to provide superior service to its Common Interest Development communities is proud to announce its adoption of the upgraded state-of-the-art document and data delivery system from CondoCerts.
If your request is a normal work order, it will be processed on the first business day after receipt of this request. You will then receive a copy of the work order that was placed with the contractor to make the necessary repair. These repairs are typically completed within 7 to 10 business days.
Your request will be sent to the Board of Directors for their approval. Please allow 10 to 15 business days for your request to be processed, reviewed by the members of the Board, and MPM to respond. Modification requests must include a scanned picture or drawing depicting what is being modified, replaced, or changed.

Beyond disgraceful and a pathetic excuse for a property management organization. Will reserve the remainder of my comments at this time but am relieved to announce our board has done like intelligent others and we are now rid of them.

Critical: Responsiveness
There must be more to property management then hiring a landscaping crew. Our condo community is going to down hill fast. Our roof's need repairing (in the 2000 budget yet never done) the gutters are falling apart, where is the money going???

Been in property management for 35 years. This fee paid company stinks. Unresponsive and Rude!! Been here since 1996 and has gone severely downhill. When you wait for over 2 years, me and my neighbors for 2 years + for repairs there is NO excuse! Basement has flooded 4 times, brick repairs, spider cracks in basement, air vent, siding falling off, cracked and weed infested concrete, and more. BUT. the grass is green. DONT MOVE HERE!

If I could give a negative I would, and it seems like a lot of other reviewers share similar thought.
In general the communication to and from these guys is extremely poor and lacks details. Unfortunately the work that needs to be done is much below the quality needed too. For eg, we needed our outdoor storage door replaced and that whole process for us took about 4 months!! This is with multiple followups.. One has to push several times to get a response from them.
Here is a picture of some of the genius scheduling that these guys do. We are in a condo, so they scheduled a fall clean up, where

Live at Washington Point - Very rude people at MPM! Snow removal has been an issue for years, does not get addressed. They pay top dollar for snow removal and is terrible.
Got charged $50 for replacing the entry door and not having it painted quickly enough. Fine, it did take awhile because I was renovating the entire condo. But they did not send proper notices, they said they were sent, but didn't get them. Long story short, they have now added fees, legal fees, etc. My un-painted door is now up over $600 which I will not be paying. Btw, door has been painted for 2 years now.
I tried to have

Everyone at that office is insanely RUDE especially Kerry lady. Always giving us a problem. They can immediately mail me association book but not the pool keys. My work hours are same as their work hours so I had my fiancé go grab them and they made it a huge deal. She claims she mailed them weeks ago but never got them. So how do I get the association book and not the keys??? I called her to tell her he’s my fiancé and lives at the complex. She replies “how do I know that’s you?” That’s just one of the issues I’ve had with them since we moved in June 2019. Someone needs to put stop

If I could give 0 stars i would. EVERYONE at the office is rude and nasty. I always try to kill people with kindness but they are some of the meanest people I've had to deal with. From day 1 I've had issues. Seriously considering selling my condo so I don't have the headache from these people.

The absolute worst property management company, staff is completely rude and demeaning especially KARRY SECOSKY. I had recently moved into a new condo about 3 months ago. The welcome package to pay my association fee was over 1 month late so i set up automatic payment which they set that up 2 month too late, when i called to square things off and actually pay her my payment she was extremely demeaning and rude and argumentative to the point of hanging up on me. Now i cant even get threw to the company to pay my bill . This is the worst property management company i have ever dealt with, and i will

Metropolitan Property Management is the most incompetent and unprofessional property management company in the local area. They are antiquated and rude to their customers and based on a BBB complaint seem to prey on Associations with older board members and bilk them out of hundreds of thousands of dollars. They only process payments for my HOA and have failed miserably at that simple task. Many Co-owners have complained they have lost payments, applied payments to the wrong accounts and their statements are always incorrect and I am one of them. Please steer clear of this company at all costs
