Poor management company, they've been in contract with my apartment building since 10/25/21 and our quality of life has never been lower. Trash is usually overflowing, we've been calling about the mice issue for months along with a leaking water heater, and unanswered maintenance request. The cherry on the sundae however is the untreated sewage back up that recently took place on Dec. 18th and has gone untreated forcing my children and I out of out home and into hotel hopping. We've already missed Christmas and still no communication with anyone who can rectify the situation. I can't help but to

I've lived at one of the properties for almost 10 years now. If things stay as is, I will likely live here a whole lot longer. I love my townhome and Debbie does an awesome job of always giving me great neighbors. Every since Matt has come on board, service requests, which aren't many, are getting answered swiftly when you call him. Alex, the maintenance worker, is so kind, professional, and does good work. Overall, the property that I live in is clean, safe, quiet and very neighborly. This staff does a great job of keeping this place top quality.

You are just a short walk to 501 bar and grill, fosters coffee, and Crepe Company. The building itself has so much charm in the fall with multicolored ivy climbing up the historical building. You are right across the street from the fire department and the police station (safety is key). They have made sure that they kept a lot of the original building with the elevator and the lobby. We have been living at this property for 5 years. From our first visit until now we have had a great experience. The townhouse is spacious, well designed and up to date! Location is ideal and peaceful. Property grounds are well kept!

I love my home. I have lived in my townhouse for 3 years. The location is nice, the landscape is well kept and The leasing agent Debbie have been great since the first day she showed me the unit. Friendly, outstanding and quickly respond to all my concerns even after I moved in. She has great communication with the tenants.

I met with Debbie at Sterling Hills and she showed me an apartment that I immediately fell in love with. Then some else swooped in and got the apartment at no fault of hers. But she was quick with a back up at the same location and BONUS had updated appliances and flooring and fresh coat of paint. SOLD. Thank you Debbie for helping be find a great place to call home being new to the area you made me feel welcome.
