I'm at rehabilitation not even a week,,place is Discusting,,some staff can't speak English,,,come In Room look at patient s and leave,,go to lobby and talk in Kitchen. Help such as,,,,, everyone says they want to help but they pass on your leg,,,and tell you it's raining,,,,,NEED MORE QUALIFIED NURSES NOW,,,,PEPOLE ARE GOIN TO GET HURT HERE,,,,,

My husband was there for a rehabilitation after a heart procedure. The only thing I can say is the place is a SLAUGHTERHOUSE, they don’t care for patients they are there for a pay check and that’s it. Patients are left in the room with no one checking on them. If they need something and pressed the do call nurse bottom someone that can’t barely understand English coming in look at us and as we speak the only thing they say is “will call nurse” the problem is the nurse only shows up hour’s later. My brother was taken to this facility from DP Hospital on 8/5/21. His belongings were all misplaced and no one had an answer as to what happened. On 8/9/21 I went to visit and found my brother on the bathroom floor covered in feces and incoherent for God knows how long. I was told by the nurse that labs and x-rays were being ordered and that it was going to be done in the room. I left because it was almost 9 pm time for closing.
On 8/10/21 at 9 am I went there with my daughter and no one was able to provide an answer as to whether labs were done. I was told that the Doctor comes in

My family has called 8-10 times to speak to my grandmother. The first person we talk to transfers us to b wing where the phone just rings and rings. No one ever picks up. One time they said they would personally walk back there and call us from the phone so my grandmother could talk to us. Never happened. She has been there since Saturday and it is now Thursday. Still haven't been able to speak with my grandmother. I don't know if your employees need proper training or if they just don't care. Something needs to be done. Looking at the reviews this establishment receives in not surprised. Orlando

I do not recommend this place what so ever. My mother was sent here after she broke her hip and she could not walk. They only provided her 15 minutes a day of physical therapy which was not enough. They left her in her soiled diaper for 2 hours and she was ringing for a nurse the entire time. Her food was not even edible it was so disgusting (no food options). I had to buy her food everyday that was edible! One of the nurses turned the air conditioner off on my mother and made her cry was very sarcastic to her and wouldn’t put it back on. I had to call administration. My mom also had a heart

Absolutely horrible place. Unresponsive staff. Have now kept my mother more than a week longer than warranted, presumably to gain the insurance funds. Have made repeated requests to have her transferred back to her assisted living facility, but ignored by social workers and administration. I am my mother's only point of contact and fully responsible for her care, but I am not updated by the staff about anything. DO NOT SEND A LOVED ONE HERE.

This place is the worst customer service I have experienced. I went to visit a neighbor on June Sunday 27th 2021 at around 6pm ( check who was scheduled that day at that time and you will know who I am talking about), and because I was not in the List I couldn´t see Him and the girl that was at the front desk did not even move a finger to help when I told her that the patient whos name is Raymond Cunningham has no family or friends but me in this Country. Later on sund 7/14 I called to see if I could talk to the patient and they transferd me 3 times and let me on hold. By the way the first day

My mother was at facility for about 2 months.
She received very good care from all staff members . She was able to FaceTime with us during Covid 19 and my sisters and I were able to see her thru court yard fence with mask on and made us very happy.
I work in different facilities for my job and I was pleased with everything that occurred while my mother was there.
I like to give extra praise to rehab , they worked with my mother very well and was able to walk again.

My mother has been in this place for about two weeks to get a communication to get an update on her health status, it is impossible, two weeks passed so they could tell us how she is. While I was making a video call with my mother I realized that I had been wearing the same clothes for four days in addition they do not have a wheelchair to be able to get my mother out of bed, that is, she has been in bed for two weeks without being able to receive the attention of their much needed therapies because they do not have a wheelchair and are waiting for it. They don't have the medications to administer
