My sister Rinda was a patient at this facility back in 1998. It was called IHS nursing home at that time. I have wondered how she ever ended up here. I was working in NJ at that time. I reached out to a social worker....only to hit a brick wall when I went to Orlando to find out. I hope she didn't have endure mistreatment at this facility My sister ended up at Princeton Hospital down the street ...she passed away in 1999.

You know the place is bad when the owner has employees put in reviews to bring up the rating.... seriously all 5 stars are from employees rating the job. Let's talk performance, from the start the phone system does not work, the prompt for extentions doesn't actually exist, so phoning in your transfered to what ever non English speaking person who just happens to pick up the phone. After 5 calls and the call getting disconnected each time just trying to speak with a nurse it was then I realized that if the staff and the faculty lack the competence to properly handle a telephone call , do I really

I will leave a review every day if I have to. This place needs to be condemned. My great uncle DIED from this place He was starved - they claimed he wouldn’t eat. FEED HIM!! That what we taxpayers pay you billions from our checks in social security for!! He was neglected! He had bed sores bigger than my palm. Skinny like he was already a corpse and unresponsive. This will forever haunt me! But there is a God and everyone that endorsed this place and owns it will have to deal with God on judgement day. I pray GOD brings them to their knees! They are MONSTERS!!

My father is 90 years old, this was the worst experience for us, his clothes disappeared and no one would know where they went, my sister was told to look for them in the laundry, mind you we told them we would wash his clothes. He would call for assistance and no one would show up. If we did not pick him up to get to his appts no one would take him or know anything. I called to visit and was left 30 mins waiting for him to be brought outside, when I called I was told that he was sleeping and they were not waking him up. This is not a place for a loved one.

I am so thankful that I came across the ad/post for Courtyards Of Orlando when I relocated back to the area recently. From the very first time I walked in the building for my interview I could really see and feel a difference compared to other facilities I’ve both worked in and visited. There is a warm, welcoming vibe that you feel once you enter the building and you can see the genuine, caring compassion that the staff have for the residents.
