Delaney Park Health & Rehabilitation Center provides coordinated, comprehensive services to meet the care needs of the individual resident and patient. The interdisciplinary team members will collaborate with residents, patients, families, and staff to develop an individualized plan of care for each resident and patient.

The interdisciplinary team works with the attending physician to develop an aggressive rehabilitation program and ensure the complex medical needs of the patients are addressed and a comprehensive plan of care is developed to help these patients return to their normal level of functioning as quickly as possible.

After a Knee Replacement you would think you should be able to walk after a 26 day stay here we'll not at Delaney park your lucky to get a what without advocating for my mom to get one he bed had issues they replaced it and just gave that same bed to another patient who had same issue. Only one PT was amazing she got her twice .and for her moving the rest put her in a wheelchair maybe twice or three times and other wise didn't bother with therapy left her in the bed focused on occupational therapy for and because she will always need assistance in bathing and dressing due to a stroke they said

Do not take your family member there, especially if they need any form of medical care. Their nurses are only pill givers. They are either not qualified, under trained, or not authorized to really care for patients who need medical care joined with rehabilitation. I asked them several times what the long and short term goals were for my grandmother and they said they would take it day by day. There was nothing from them to go over progress or expectations.
My grandmother was there for two weeks with orders to be weighed daily due to water retention. She was weighed the first 2 days then not again

Our company donated flowers to Delaney Park Health and Rehab staff members for their service during the covid pandemic. The staff was beyond grateful and very friendly and said that they would actually hand out the flowers to residents first which we thought was extremely honorable and showed they cared about their residents. The facility was sparkling clean. Such an honor to join forces with a company that truly cares about their residents and staff!
