Nice hotel. We stayed for 4 days for local day-trip hikes. The room was very clean and everything was in good condition. No housekeeping during Covid-19 which was our preference. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Only suggestion is that if you're a light sleeper, ask for a room in the back. The street wasn't loud at all, but light sleepers might have had a problem with our near the street room.

This hotel is just OK. The location is good ... short walk to downtown. The rooms are plain and basic. The price of the room was high given that it's a standard motel that has received a facelift. Pool and spa were standard Motel 6 ish.

Great location in Ojai just a 5 minute drive from downtown. It was a great hotel to stay at especially for the price it wasn't anything fancy but had the basic amenities that we needed. It is on the older side in-terms of looks and furnishings but was still a great spot and the beds were very comfortable.

It was wonderful and the perfect location, room size style, bed comfort was perfect for me with a view of the mountains with sweet outdoor pool and hot tub that was sparkling. Five min walk into the main downtown and close drive to go to the vineyards. I gave four because there was no microwave in the room but there was a Keurig with coffee, tea, & hot chocolate, and there was a fridge. The girl that checked me in was wonderful.

Customer service was above and beyond what I expected. Very friendly, prompt and answered all questions we had about the area and places to eat. It was my wife's first time to Ojai and she loved the room as well. Nice clean amd comfortable. We will be staying at Ojai Casa Inn again on our next trip.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Location is a bit out of the small town, which has its pros and cons. The room itself appeared to be clean but there was a distinct smoke odor that was in your face the minute we opened the door. We opened all the windows and turned up the air. It never went away, so we endured the smoke smell for the time we were there. The stairs going down from the second floor had stains on every step. Someone could have cleaned off whatever was drug up or down the steps.
Sums up to I would not stay here again.

Older motel-style property that has been significantly upgraded. Very convenient to concerts at Libbey Bowl in downtown Ojai (why we booked here). Rooms are large, clean and very nice pool/hot tub amenities. Very pleased with our stay here.

2 stars for the friendly and helpful front desk staff and housekeeping. Rooms are spacious and in room coffee good. Unfortunately for us the two queen beds were TERRIBLE. You fell into a hole just sitting on the edge. Requested new room but inn was full. Worst night sleep x3. Had to pay extra nightly fee for WIFI (unsecured) site and COVID cleaning after breakfast was discontinued. Spending over $200 a night there should not have been additional costs. The jacuzzi was nice first night and next 2 was not hot. Bikes included was a plus unfortunately staying for a wedding didn't get to use. Unfortunately

I joined my daughter & her friends at The Casa Ojai Inn, a 2 story motel to celebrate my daughter's birthday & her friend's birthday. They had reserved a block of rooms that were on the second floor. I asked if there were any ADA room and the lady at the front desk told me to use both hands. They didn't have an elevator to accommodate someone like me with medical issues making it difficult for me to go up & down the stairs. The motel was pet friendly which again made it difficult for my 11 year old Chihuahua/American Eskimo mix with his own medical issues to climb the stairs. (He did much better

All hail Casa Ojai Inn! This is a beautiful, charming property with a Spanish style aesthetic, located on the main street in captivating Ojai. The rooms are spacious, modern and beautiful. The bed is beyond comfortable! You can walk to nearby restaurants and bars. The staff, highlighted by Angeliese, Breena, Trilby and Autumn, is excellent and attentive -- and they have a smart, efficient virtual check-in process for COVID-19 in place. You can also check out bikes and swim in their pool. Check it out!

Everything was great at first. Great location, nice pool/hot tub, and everyone was friendly. However, we had a 7 night stay and 6 out of those 7 nights were horrible because the room was FULL of ants. We let the front desk know twice. The first time they said they were spraying around our room, nothing happened. The second time they sent a house keeper to change the linens, vacuum, and take the trash out. The house keeper said we had ants because we had trash in the room. The ants arrived in the room before we ever had food/trash in the room and the trash was in the trash can but the ants were

Very nice place to stay! Pool and spa area quite enjoyable. Friendly service! The bikes on loan add a lot: we had a great ride down the Ventura Rail Trail. I would suggest only adding glasses or plastic tumblers (instead of disposable plastic glasses-you’re washing the nice coffee cups anyway) and a microwave. We would definitely return or recommend to others!

We arrived to Casa Ojai at 3pm check in time. Upon arrival, front desk manager asks us to wait as she is sorting out what appears to be a room assignment situation with another guest. We wait a few minutes, and then we are handed our room keys and location of our room. We haul our luggage up the stairs to the second floor to find that our room is open and is currently being cleaned by housekeeping. I ask the worker how long it will be before she is done and she responds with “I just started.” I return to the front desk to inform them about the situation. It appeared as if this situation occurs

A friend and I rented two rooms here for a get away. One room had a barely functional AC unit, but was otherwise fine. My friends' room had a toilet that did not flush. It was reported to the management at 7 am. It is now noon and still not fixed. In order to use a toilet we had to go to the front office and use the lobby toilet that has feces on the seat and on the inside of the bowl. It was this way yesterday as well. When we asked if there is a clean toilet to use, the answer was no. I suggested I use the room I just checked out of, or use an empty room just temporarily. The staff said

Nice little get away from LA. Walking distance from town and everyone seems really nice here. They loaned be their bike to run an errand. Parking looks right but there's lots of space around the back. Our room did smell of cloreen but overall I enjoyed this cosy little cottage.

Was more of a motel than an inn but clean and well kept. The front desk staff was very helpful with applying the yelp discount as well as suggestions to see the sunset. Had basic amenities like bath items, coffee maker, blow dryer, etc. Would recommend again

My husband and I have been coming here for years. We love the staff. It looks like a motel 6 but once you're inside it is a lovely clean place. However we were disappointed with our recent stay because the bed mattresses are old and need to be replaced. They are not the quality they have been in the past. We both had back aches.
Also the Keurig coffee makers in the rooms make the worst coffee we have ever experienced! I hope they make those changes and we'll be looking forward to coming back!

This place deserves negative stars. They are thieves! I recently booked a weekend, but due to Covid had to cancel. Unfortunately my phone calls rang forever and emails were not responded to. They proceeded to charge the credit card the full $$$ amount for the weekend anyway! What a Scam! All I have to say is if you want to stay somewhere without any staff apparently this is the place to go.

Clean, convenient, and comfortable in the charming town of Ojai. Reservations were easy and the staff was very welcoming. I enjoyed my check in with Liz who was able to be professional and share pride in knowing the best of the local area. Having grown up in the area, she made good recommendations and our diinner down the street lived up to her hype. Thumbs up to Ojai Beverage Co with gourmet burgers and many beer and wine choices. Our room met our expectations and we had a great sleep and quiet night. Ojai has a lot to offer! We'll be back!!

Stayed here the night before my wedding and it was awesome! Got the room with 2 queen sized beds and in hopes that the rooms were big enought for about 10 of us to get ready and they were!

We weren't cramped and the beds were comfy! In a great location us girls went downtown drinking the night before and everything was close enough to walk and our venue the next day was super close also! (Soule county park) overall a great night spent there.

When we first arrived to the inn, we felt very welcoming. The parking area was spacious and pretty quiet around this inn. There was a pool and a jacuzzi by the entry. The staff there were super nice and friendly. However, the room itself was so-so. First, we spotted some light black stains/marks on the top of the duvet, then the light wasn't turning on properly. After we got back from dinner, we found a few bugs on the bed. We switched to another room; glad all apparatuses worked fine, but the floor squeaks, the toilet got clogged when we flushed down the toilet paper.

Do not stay here if you want to get any sleep and relaxation. The walls and floors are so thin. You can hear the neighbor's toilet flush, their AC unit on, water from the shower and sink, even the sound from the light switch. I requested top floor but didn't get it. I was hoping our neighbors would be considerate and respectful. Boy was I wrong...we heard footsteps until 2 am and loud conversations outside in the balcony all night. We did complain but noise continued.

Casa Ojai is a traditional motor court hotel, with two floors of basic rooms looking out onto a parking lot. Their accommodating service and flexibility, however, will raise your stay to the next level. For a small surcharge, you can bring your dogs (provided they remain with you at all times). You're also less than a mile from everything residential Ojai has to offer...bars, restaurants, sage.

Ojai is not an inexpensive valley to visit but the Casa has reasonable rates around $118 a night in Spring. Breakfast and parking are included, although I wouldn't expect magic from waffle mix

Such an awesome inn, check-in was a breeze and when we discovered we forgot our toothbrushes, they happily provided us with some. Room was very quiet and comfortable. There is a tv with direct tv in the room, nice opaque shutters to keep the light out, and comfy beds.
Great breakfast with bacon and eggs, excellent coffee. We didn't do the pool or the spa, but they looked awesome. Highly recommend staying here if you visit Ojai.
