Great place to stay if you know the area, have an idea of what you want to do and are generally comfortable with zero support from the resort. If you were like us and it was our first time this is not the place for you!
… and like others, our kitchenette was a complete miss with nothing stocked … seems like a recurring issue so don’t count on there being anything there for you to use (and there is literally no one there to call / assist)
Jessica’s review is spot on below!

We really enjoyed Su Nido. We had the Dove room for 3 nights and rented the adjoining Quail room for 2 nights for our adult kids. It's walking distance to plenty of good shopping and restaurants. We loved the quaint peaceful courtyard. We sat out there all day one day visiting with our kids and watching the birds and humming birds come to drink and cool off in the fountain.. They have the cutest bikes with baskets you can use. We ended up not using the bikes or seeing Ojai as much as we would like as we were there for a wedding. Those festivities consumed most of our time. So, we will have to go

This property is absolutely STUNNING! All of the suites are equally gorgeous, well-appointed and beautifully decorated. The kitchenette has a mini fridge, microwave, and toaster. The bathrooms have decadent soaps, shampoo, and conditioner (although I don't care for the scent of the hand soap, but if that's my biggest complaint, right? Lol). Our favorite is a tossup between the Eagle and the Heron. We absolutely love the quiet and privacy. It's kind of nice that there's no staff around, as you really feel the solitude and peace. Great for a romantic getaway or just a luxury home away from home.

Great property, convenient location. Small number of rooms. Service was friendly albeit a little scattered, and the prices are high. Rooms are upscale, clean and well maintained. My problem is that they put young kids in the room above us, and with hard floors the noise was really unpleasant. Not really the fault of the kids, and perhaps there was no other room of that size. If that wasn't the case there's no excuse to not consider that kind of thing when assigning rooms, given that they have so few rooms to manage. Because of the noise versus price my stay was no better than an average experience
