Place was ok when I moved in couple years ago. Seemed clean, quiet, and had decent amenities. The only good thing about the place is the walls seem to be better insulated in between the units than most other places. My neighbor had a dog and I didn't know it existed for weeks until I saw/heard it in the hallway.
Then when the pandemic hit, the area went downhill. The tenants moving in got noisier, children running around screaming every day, cars getting broken into, no one wearing masks, homeless people breaking in and peeing/sleeping in stairwells, constant false fire alarms going off, etc.

My truck has been broken into 3 times in a paid underground parking lot, come to find out the camera doesn't work an they know it doesn't and the security guard doesn't check underground parking. 5 different cars were broken into, they don't care about fixing the camera or it's residents. I'm moving out ASAP DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!

I moved into Camelot Apartments in September 2015. I have cerebral palsy from a birth defect and I'm confined to a motorized wheelchair most of the time. Camelot was an excellent choice for me, I was able to get a wheelchair accessible unit with a roll in shower(no bathtub ledge to have to step over} I have a ground floor ADA unit that works very well for my unique needs. Camelot also has very caring employees who continuously work very hard to serve the needs of their tenants. We have been living in this complex for almost 2 years, the price you pay isn't worth all the trouble we deal with ($1750 2bed and 2bath) this price also includes the amount for the garage we pay for... because parking is awful after a certain time. This complex is a smoke friendly place... so weed is allowed... my apartment constantly smells like weed no matter what I do or cigarette smoke it is awful... Recently we have had issues with the toilet it won't flush... 3 times we have put in a request to get it fixed... some of the staff is absolutely awful some of the staff is amazing.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Camelot and their staff! My moving in and out was easy and smooth, Justin their leasing consultant was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. I absolutely loved my studio which had a very functional layout. All of my maintenance concerns were taken care of swiftly. The only reason I left was because I had to relocate.

Very good value. The surrounding area is a bit strip mall like but this place is quality for a decent price. Garage parking for 50 is a pretty good rate. Apartments have actual vent hoods. Maintenance responds quickly and effectively. My hot water heater started smoking and they replaced it within hours. Management is friendly and very competent, and the area feels safe at night. You have the occasional crazy neighbor and car alarm but you see that in any complex. You can't go wrong staying a year here that's for sure.

Moving into Camelot as a new renter I didn’t know what to expect, I have lived here for 2 years now and have had nothing less than an enjoyable experience! Office is very attentive and communicate well with residents. Maintenance is quick on work orders. Complex is always very well-maintained. They have large assigned garages that is very convenient🙂Highly recommend.

DONT RENT HERE! I have had bad issues with disgusting neighbors who not only continuously harass me but they threw a note under my door threatening my dogs life due to minor barking. my car has been siphoned for gas over 4 times that I have found. the staff is rude to tenants. they don't do anything but harass you. the hallways smell very bad and disgusting. The rent is way too high for what its worth. PLEASE DON'T PUT YOURSELF THROUGH THIS!

DON’T STAY HERE. It is really bad place to live. Some of people working really rude. Took so long to fixing stuff. Hallway always smelling dog poops. Pls, they will charge you extra after you move out does not matter how much you clean nicely, and they will say “it is just for light cleaning and it cost $95” they must be kidding me. Then after several call, they said they will take $40 of out $95. Still then!!!

I have personally met Jeremy and have been talking with Justin at Camelot apartment homes in Everett. Not only did I enjoy and like the property but the staff is truly amazing. I was immediately impressed with both gentlemen in their genuine customer service. The property is nicely kept and the unit I looked at is a great one and the price is… decent considering the price of renting in this city. Thank you Justin and Jeremy for your time and for a job very well done. I look forward to possibly living in your community or at least I will recommend this place to anybody who asks.

As you can see by the reviews, this place sucks.
At first I thought management was great. But when my rent was late because of their screw up, they still charged me a late fee. And the letter you get, wow! I thought someone would come by and break my knee caps for not paying on time (again their screw up) The whole deal really rubbed me the wrong way, I'm done.
I'm just thankful I get to go back to my house. STAY AWAY!

I've live in this apartment for many months now, this is the worst place anyone can live. We move out of this place because of noise and the staff doesn't care at all. If you're trying to get an apartment and they put you on E building please refuse. Especially, 319 the person above is the worst neighbour any one can ask for. She is noisy and very rude.

I've lived at Camelot for over a year now, and I feel like I can make a review.
First, the office staff is superb. This is a very well-run ship. If there is anything broken in my apartment, I can either stop by the office really quick or go online and place a maintenance request and it is usually done the next day.
Second, the apartment itself is very nice cone n in some areas, but other than that it's very clean and nice. I wish the dishwasher was a newer model, but I can dream, right?
