Ever since Avenue5 took over as management this place has gone downhill. I’ve been a resident for over 5 years now and this place used to be really good. Since Avenue 5 took over there are now constant police activities, drug use, teens brawling on the street, cars speeding with loud music. I believe Avenue5 is starting to take in government funded residents and this place is becoming like the ghetto projects. One good thing about this place is the maintenance crew, these guys are really good and very pleasant. Don’t let this place fool you, until Avenue5 is running this community it will be

Please don't move here. I know visually (the only reason it got 2 stars instead of 1, oh and the maintenance crew is AMAZING) it looks pretty and classy. It's not. The potential is there, but management changed 2/2019 and it's gone downhill fast. I lived here over 3 years (moved out 8/2021) and watched it deteriorate.
Main complaints:
1. Management is unhelpful, I didn't get restful sleep for months due to disruptive neighbors + having to call office daily/weekly, to NO avail. Fun fact: I originally moved here bcs the original team was beyond helpful and flawless in fixing these issues promptly

DO NOT MOVE TO CASALAGO EASTLAKE - this is a dangerous place. There are several families terrorizing everyone coming in and out of this place. Yes, the amenities are great, but we can’t use them because everyone is afraid to leave their home and get jumped or pepper sprayed by these crazy people.
The police are here almost every day of the week, don’t let Casalago’s responses on previous reviews fool you. The police are here all the time, and they do NOTHING.
The 24-hour security we pay for? Non-existent, I’ve never seen them.
We’ve been here for 6 months and regret our decision every

I have been here for almost 3 months and I completely hate it here and regret ever moving. I agree with all the negative reviews. I saw the pepper spraying incident, the cps, the cops here running through the complex, the constant loud music and fighting. Someone keeps stealing my packages off my porch and teenagers running wild through the complex. I was walking into the gym and Someone tried to run behind me in get in who was not a resident. My babies can't get any sleep because of the constant arguing/fighting and loud music all night every night. I really regret moving here and I'm hoping the

I am a current resident at Casa Lago and the review below from another resident is ABSOLUTELY ACCURATE! As of yesterday a resident was attacked in her car by another resident banging on her car window, hitting her rear view mirrors, pepper spraying and then later going to her home an continuing the attacks there. All incidents that are being described are all caught on video footage. Residents no longer feel safe and management has done nothing to resolve these issues. Let's not forget about the rat issues in which a resident had to actually reach out to the city to have someone come out and take

DO NOT MOVE HERE. When I moved here with my family over a year ago Casa Lago was advertised as a gated community with security patrol. I was looking forward to this just as a safety net to protect my family. That was not the case at all. Over the past 1 1/2 I have watched the management change and the community degrade significantly. Within the past month (Oct 2021) there have been numerous fights in the street, adults pepper spraying and attacking kids and other adults. Unaccompanied teens and minors running rampant through the complex at all hours of the day and night. It has become an unsafe

All the staff are so nice and helpful I was humbled when I learned they work 7 days a week to meet our needs. When they are in normal business hours you can just walk right in to the office. Just for reference the high school is a little ways away but a school bus comes and picks up the kids in front of the complex its so cute I love seeing them gathered for school in the morning. Theres a lot of relaxing natural foliage throughout the premises and I feel like I live in a resort.

If I could give CasaLago more stars I would. My mom loves living there. She is 67 years old and she has told me this is her home plans on staying forever. The office staff all of them has been nothing but kind and patient. The property is nice and cared for. Every maintenance request has always been taken care of professionally and in a timely matter. My mom recently had an unfortunate financial situation and they have been the most understanding management company I have ever heard of. Any other complex would have put her out in a blink of an eye My mom plans on living here forever. Everybody

My family and I have been living here for a little more than a month and it has been a pleasurable experience. The amenities are more than suitable and the property is kept in great shape. We frequent the gym and pool areas almost daily and have never had any issues.
The area itself is also very nice. The complex is a short walk to the mountain hawk park and centennial trail. Both places are great for walking, jogging or running. The neighborhood is generally very quiet and it's never hard to find any if the cleaning staff, as the frequently are out and about maintaining the grounds.
