Best yoga studio I've ever been to. It feels like a resort - they have everything you need if you forget something, from towels to mats to blocks to disinfectant spray to toiletries in the bathroom! INSANE! The atmosphere is very relaxed and not as stringent as other studios (as it relates to leaving the studio during class for a break, etc).
The teachers are all phenomenal. I loved Kelly and Mandy's classes. It's a beautiful, clean, and well-loved studio by the community. The new client special is phenomenal ($45 for 30 days unlimited!). You can tell the owner, Steve, really cares about his business and customers. I love the hot 60 it was such an amazing experience my instructor definitely made me feel like she cares about me getting good form!

The Sunday night instructor needs to buy a watch.
They don't take the time to wipe things down in this time of Covidea. Seriously. When you pay for a class that is slated to start at 4pm for 70 minutes, you should not be held up until 410 The ohhhhm meter was pegging empty. I know hot yoga is supposed to be relaxing, but it is hard to relax when the people running the joint are not motivated to do a good job.
I planamastey away.

Visiting from Seattle and randomly stumbled upon ESenEM. I usually practice at CorePower Yoga and was looking for some hot yoga and a challenging class. SO GLAD I decided to take a class. Classes are HOT at 108 degrees and humidity is up so you will be sweating! The owner Steve is great. I highly recommend taking a class here.

Beautiful hot yoga studio! I just love the studio space. A major draw to me is that they provide very nice Manduka towels at no extra cost as well as chilled hand towels. They also have other nice equipment for sale at fair prices. I always like to buy my equipment from local studios whenever possible and they had a nice selection. I did the classic 60-minute set and found it very challenging, but the teacher Alisha was super supportive and offered plenty of modifications as needed. It was a nice push to the limit and at the end I felt like I was walking on sunshine. I will definitely be back!

Have really enjoyed both classes I have taken here (both the hot 60 format). Similar to Sumits and other hot flow classes I have tried, with a familiar series of standing, balancing, and floor poses and a great music background during class. Neither of the classes I attended (both on a Sunday morning) were crowded. The space is very nice - spacious practice room, plenty of equipment available (blocks, straps), very modern aesthetic and clean. The room is definitely hot and humid, but the instructors opened the door several times during class to let in cool air and offered iced towels. Did not feel

Great place for hot yoga, very friendly, instructors are always helpful, and their hot 60 series is very challenging.
I'm a guy who never did yoga before in my life. I tried a hot yoga class at EsenEM to help my flexiblity for Jiu Jitsu, and it was so challenging it blew me away. I was immediately hooked and now go 3-4 times a week. Not only has it increased my strength and flexibility, but it's also improved my aerobic capacity. Now when I roll with my Jiu Jitsu team-mates they are shocked at how much my endurance has improved.
So give it a try. They have mats, towels, everything

Absolutely love the restorative yoga class. The Yolanda lady that teaches the class is super great! She does a great job with the crystal bowls and making sure that everyone is well accommodated. I just wish there were more of these restorative yoga classes. I think they only happen once a month or something.

Amazing! Carolyn is an incredible instructor! I felt alive, rejuvenated and restored after taking her class! Her instruction & cues were amazing. The heat helped loosen up my muscles & helped me move into the poses with ease. The pace, the temperature of the room, the music, couldn’t have been better! Also we had cold towels to refresh and cool… off towards the end of the class. The facility has such great energy! They have everything you need! Showers, towels, mats, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, razors, shaving creme, blow dryers. The list goes on & on! I went in without

Like they say, some days you eat salads and go do yoga, some days you eat cupcakes and refuse to put your pants on. If none of your yoga pants ever made it to yoga, you should at least come here once. Besides, first class is free. And if you're up for challenge, you can purchase 30 days for $30. Nestled next to Twisted Grove, it's pretty hard to refuse a workout when you can brunch afterwards in my opinion. Staff is what makes me love this place. Friendly and encouraging while challenging you to up your game.

I have fallen in love with Esenem Yoga!!! Don't be intimidated by the name, it simply stands for "Sweat and Movement", which you definitely will do. The only self-inflicted pain will be that on your conscience that you didn't go again this morning because you were so sore from doing yoga yesterday and the day before..... You get out of each class whatever you put into it. Classes are structured for the first time beginner to the advanced yogi.
Esenem Yoga is truly the "quintessential" yoga studio. The atmosphere is very friendly and upbeat and personable. The reception

Nice studio with tons of amenities--I like the tiny little lockers for phone and keys! (I have never had anything stolen at a yoga studio anywhere but hey you never know.) Clean urban decor, large bathroom loaded with stuff if you need to shower. I did the 60 class which was still super challenging. Steve is a great teacher who offered lots of guidance, adjustments and empathy for us older yogis! And TWO cold towels in one class! I felt spoiled!
