I've been trying to get a hold of someone in the office for 3 months now. Everytime I call no one answers, everytime I try going in person there always closed, but I clearly see people in the office. They obviously aren't serious about getting new renters, or they would be more welcoming. Take your business elsewhere, at least to a place that cares enough to actually answer your calls.

I have had my eye on these apts since they began building them and I couldn't be any more happy! I love my home, my kids love our home and the staff is beyond helpful! They make it a point to make sure we are all happy and helped in this community! Mel, anthony, kristan yall are absolutely amazing and I can't thank you enough! We also have the best maintenance manager, he is so kind, he cares about every single one of us and always goes above and beyond!

I love the staff! They are very quick to answer me and always get resolutions to my problems. Anthony and mel are amazing ! I couldn’t ask for a better staff definitely recommend living here.
I couldn’t write a née review i wish i could but it’s amazing that the office staff cares so much about the community they are outside shoveling the snow!! Thank you Mel and Anthony you both are amazing!!!

I absolutely love this place! The staff are absolutely wonderful. They've always been really helpful to me. Recently, I had water dripping from the ceiling late at night. I called and someone answered right away. The maintenance man came within minutes and the problem was solved quickly. The apartments are very nice and brand new.

If I could give this place negative stars I would! This place is ran by a bunch of clowns! 🤡 NOBODY IN THAT OFFICE KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING! 🤡Literally everyone I’ve spoken to does not like Shelby or Laurel! Both of their attitudes are trash & I’ve had the chance to speak to a lot of my neighbors! The maintenance man could use some work as well! I don’t trust anyone working in the office at this point! Anytime I’ve dealt with Tony he had an attitude but haven’t seen him recently! You guys need new management ASAP!🤡 & I have reasons to believe the office staff stalks their residents

I absolutely love Laural Villard. She stays on top of things as far as the upkeep of the property, as well as any concerns that residents may have. She gets maintenance concerns fixed in a timely manner, and keeps things short, sweet, and straight to the point. So far one of the best property managers I've ever experienced. I just wish my neighbors weren't so loud and inconsiderate.

The apartments are spacious, clean and brand new. It's a great area close to the highways and the price can't be beaten.
Because they are part of the affordable housing program, you have to qualify to live here based on your income, and the application process is quite in-depth, but once I got approved, things went very smoothly.

People in office are totally rude and racist they also kept raising rent and would complain and fine you for the littlest thing. None of the maintenance people were trustworthy. Manager of the apartments was very rude her husband came to do work in my home i felt very uncomfortable. he kept making gestures at me. i left the house when i returned home multiple drawers were open in my room.
