Venue on 16th was one of the best apartment experiences I’ve ever had. I moved from here to an apartment in Charlotte, NC and truly miss the Venue.
The staff was great: highly responsive, always polite and friendly, and truly seemed to care about tenants needs.
The amenities are fantastic: from incredible views in the sky lounge (and my own unit) to the best espresso machine! The pool and workout room were always well-kept, clean! I came on a trip to Denver with my siblings, and we stayed in a guest suite at venue on 16th. The staff was amazing, and Haley showed us all venue had to offer (free espresso for the win!) Even though there was construction going on it didn't affect us at all, we had an amazing time. We were able to walk to city park, the zoo, the science and nature museum, and numerous shops and restaurants from venue, which made the trip so much easier and cheaper (no rental car necessary). If I were to move to denver, I would def choose to live at venue, with Haley and her staff to make the transition as easy

I just moved in about a month ago and am nothing but impressed with how helpful and friendly the staff has been. The property manger Haley goes above and beyond to help out residents with whatever they may need. I love love LOVE the location! So close to tons of restaurants & shops and being walking distance to City Park has been amazing!

I moved into the building earlier this year and so far the experience has been great! There haven’t been many issues but when one occurs the staff is right on top of it with feedback and a solution. The property manager Haley is amazing and was so easy to work with by making the application and move in process effortless. I would definitely recommend this building!

If you want to live in a construction zone, this is the place. I've been here coming up on 4 years and it's been one thing after another. Todays construction noise includes what sounds like a jet engine outside my door, this is in addition to the constant drilling noise that has been going on since Aug 2020. I regret signing my last lease right now.

The grounds are currently undergoing some serious construction to fix issues created by the company who built the property. No lie - this has been more than a little annoying at times with the noise and smells, but I personally am grateful the repairs are getting done. I'd rather deal with some slight inconveniences for a few months than live in a building with leaks and structural issues. Which I won't have to because Greystar is being super

I am so sad to be leaving the Venue after two years - Covid-19 and losing my job is requiring me to move in with my BF but my time here was awesome. The ladies in the office were always so helpful and I love love love my apartment. There have been some challenges with the building that are out of Greystar's control and they are doing their best to combat them. The units are so nice and the locations is perfect. All the work being done on the property are ultimately for the residents and I hope that people see that.

It’s been 2+ years living here. It’s had its ups and downs, but we love the staff!! I want to be sure to recognize how great Julie & Mindy in the front office and Carlos on the maintenance staff have been! They’re all SO kind and helpful and we can’t appreciate them enough! When something breaks within you apartment or when we have a question, they do their best to address it right away and are so courteous!
Now for not as great stuff. With any building, things will break and I understand that. There just seems to be a frequency that’s built over time especially in regard to flooding

I just want to give a shoutout to the entire Venue staff during these hard times. Throughout COVID and construction they have done an impeccable job on managing the building. Hailey has been extremely communitive and you can tell that she really cares about each and every resident. Yes, there has been some issues at the complex and construction is taking much longer than any of us thought but any apartment community you move into is going to have it's issues.
Also, the location is great and perfect if you have furry friends! City Park is a 2 minute walk away and downtown is a mere 10 minute drive

This review is based on the snotty pair of workers in the leasing office. Walked in at 5:45 hoping to get a 10 min tour. Hours placed on the door say OPEN UNTIL 6pm. The pair did not care to earn our business by offering that tour; they were ready to get off work and didn't want to be bothered with us. We will take our money elsewhere.

If you are looking to move anytime soon... this is not your place.. the building just had a huge water main line break, causing a lot of flooding on the floors and on the common areas. The last time that we had a big flood it took them over a month to just to remodel the lobby. This time they have to remodel the most parts of the second floor and the first floor. The on site management are great and doing what they can to help us out bit mostly its just saying sorry and we are workong on it. Nothing more. I have been living here since September 2017. Sadly this building has been plagued with countless water leaks and floods. Obviously I loved living here because I renewed my lease twice and even upgraded my apartment. The apartments are beautiful and the location is fantastic.

First lets start with the good. Great location, nice modern apartments, helpful and friendly staff on site, amazing community/residents, and nice amenities when they are working. Now with the bad. This place charges luxury living prices without delivering a consistent and reliable product. When I first moved in it was great. When something as simple as the coffee machine not working they were going above and beyond and giving everyone gift cards to the Starbucks located behind the building. When I moved to Denver from out of state, I looked at several apartment complexes throughout the city and decided to call Venue on 16th my home. I moved to Denver from NYC a month ago and it's been more than 5 stars experience. I know this is crazy but I didn't actually see the apartment before signing the lease. Alicia and her team made me feel like I was there with all the videos and pictures that they sent over during the leasing process. It was a blessing that I found this place. Plus all the restaurants and coffee shops that you can walk to from my apartment gives me the nyc feel! Plus they are dog friendly and a park a block away! Love!
