I worked with Michelle as I prepared to move from New England to Denver. She was highly professional: courteous, quick to respond and deliver detailed information, receptive to additional questions and requests. She adapted her search as I gave her more information. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience- and I very rarely can say that about a business! Jennifer asked me my preferences (location, price, apartment size etc) and sent me about 7 apartment complexes with a moderately long great explanation that was personalized to why it may be a great fit. Some were not the exact location where I thought I'd want to be, but she explained her reasoning for including them and in the end, I chose one in a location outside of the zone I asked her to find! After I accepted a new job and before I moved to Denver, I had no idea where to begin looking for apartments. I did some research online and stumbled upon Colorado Lease Up. I contacted them with my needs/wants for an apartment and Clay responded in no time. Jennifer planned a tour for me and showed me exactly the types of apartments I was looking for. We contacted Clay Short one day after arriving in Denver to help us find a first floor apartment, with it's own entrance for small dogs, pool, work out room, etc. Not only did he find ALL of this but he did it in one day's time!

We emailed Clay to help us find an apartment in downtown Denver. We were coming from San Francisco to look at places in a couple weeks and wanted to make the most of our short time. We set up a call to talk about our priorities when it came to housing. It was clear he pays close attention to his clients' needs and wants to reduce anxiety, confusion and delays.

Clay is amazing. This review is long overdue! Relocated to Denver with my wife and newborn for a job late last year. I didn't know the area well enough to make a decision on housing alone so we worked with Clay. We couldn't have lucked out any more. He's the best! I'm annoyed at this company as their website is entirely aimed at triggering unwanted phone calls instead of actually adding value. If you want something outside of LoDo ... don't bother. The company should focus more on actually adding value, having hundreds of additional lease options and less heckle factor. The website totally fails at actually trying to address needs and pushes only.a few properties. Avoid.

During our first phone call Clay came right out and said he aims to be the best free employee I have ever had. After all our interactions I would say he is not only is he the best free employee, he would definitely be in contention for best period!

Every city would benefit from Clay and company's help! I can't provide a higher recommendation for a business. You must contact him if you are moving to the Denver metro area. Although Clay is free to renters (and paid by lessors), he went above and beyond to ensure my move from Boston to Denver was stress-free. I was hired right before the holidays for a new job starting in Denver right after the New Year. Truly can't say enough good things about Clay. If you need to find a place to live in Denver, Clay is your guy. He does a superb job understanding what your priorities are and matching them up to different properties in Denver. He is super knowledgeable about not only the area, but the individual buildings themselves, down to the various floorplans they have to offer. He knows all the right questions to ask. Many of the buildings we visited had lined up a few units to show us, and Clay would ask about additional floor plans that he thought would be a good fit for us. We would not have found

Done? Good. Because they are, hands down, the best. My wife and I are relocating from New York thanks to job relocation, and we only had a few days to find our home. Clay sent us an email, called me on the phone, and really talked to me about what we needed. None of the other apartment finding services were as prompt, thorough, or on-top-of-it.
