A blatant lack of concern for residents that I have never seen at other buildings I’ve lived in in Denver. Ive lived in apartment buildings all over Denver and the country and have never experienced this level of incompetence or safety concerns. The area is great, but there are plenty of other buildings with more attentive management where I’d feel much safer living.

We visited on a Thursday, had a tour, and were ready to sign up for a studio but were advised by Kristen at the apartment complex to wait till the next day as she expected prices to come down $25-50/month. She said she would call the next day. When we went on their website the next morning the price had INCREASED by $200! When we called Kristen she said she couldn't do anything about the pricing and thought it was maybe just because of the weekend, and we should wait til Monday. The price never came down after the weekend. When we called and left a message to call us back to try to understand

Best living experience I’ve had in Colorado. Leasing office is incredibly helpful and the building is kept in beautiful condition. The maintenance team gets things down typically same day and does a fantastic job working quick. Couldn’t recommend living here more.

I moved from New York to Denver about a year ago. I wish I found this place when I first got here. Friendly staff, beautiful amenities, maintenance team is great. This has hands down been one of the best living I’ve experienced. The dog treats at the main entrance is the cherry on top. 10/10 would recommend!

This apartment building is hands down one of the best places to live in the city of Denver. The building I was in previously had flooded leaving me with very short notice to find a new complex. Within a day, I was able to talk to Drew on the phone, schedule a tour and sign a lease. I’m extremely pleased with the responsiveness and generosity of the staff; makes living here that much easier. The apartments complex itself has tons of amenities; the gym in particular has everything you’d need. The complex is also located in one of the most popular spots in the Denver area, being just walking distance

Premier Lofts has hands down been the most accommodating apartment complex I have ever had the joy of living in. The friendliness of the staff, specifically Drew and Kristen, is a welcome breath of fresh air from my past living experiences. The location could not be better, as it is right in the middle of Denver but with easy access to any neighboring area. The gym surprisingly has more than I would ever need with how convenient and clean it is. The view on the roof showcases the city in all its glory with a beautiful backdrop of the mountains. I've lived here at Premier Lofts for over a year and a half now and it's truly the best property in LoDo! The loft style apartments and location are second to none. I moved from a smaller unit into a bigger one in the building last fall and I cannot say enough amazing things about how smooth that process was - mostly thanks to Drew in the office! He is always incredibly fast to respond to any questions and is extremely knowledgeable. All of the staff here have always been helpful and kind and it makes living here even better! 10/10 would recommend.

My roommate and I just extended our apartment here for another term because we have been so satisfied with our experience. While the building itself has been great, it was honestly the staff in the front office that sealed the deal to renew for us. Both Kristen and Drew have been super helpful and clear during both the move-in and renewal process. While living here, the two have them have been very responsive to any questions or requests we've had, and are always friendly to see in the lobby. The location of the building is perfect for restaurants, breweries, and baseball games, and the roof

So far not so good. We're in the market to find a place and for obvious reasons have been interested in premier. We have called at least a dozen times yet no one has answered the phones. It's no mystery to me why there are reviews like these all over Yelp. It's extremely unprofessional the way they handle potential move in's. At this point it would take a miracle to get these guys to pick up the phone.

Just completed a 12month lease here, and this property exceeded all my expectations. Great management staff and maintenance staff. Nicole is an awesome property manager, and will help you out with any issues! Anytime I had an issue, it was quick to be fixed. They care about everyone's well being, were quick to implement Covid Safety protocols, installed a brand new security system, and hosted plenty of social events when it was allowed. For people that complain about noise...? Well this is downtown Denver, if you can't handle noise, you should probably move to the suburbs. The only reason

The staff (Joali and Chantal) are among the friendliest and most courteous you will find. They have gone above and beyond to provide the best possible service and hospitality to me this past year. I will miss them terribly.
The location (Ballpark) is unbeatable. With a plethora of restaurants, galleries, bars, shops, dispensaries, and attractions within a 10 minute walk, you will never tire of exploring. If you commute to work using I-25 or I-70, you will find no location that offers easier/quicker access. The hallways are kept clean, as are the shared amenities, and the rooftop lounge is one

If I could give this review half a star I would. The management company is lacking any expensive or customer service skills. They won't give you back your security deposit or any money they owe you. They'll ignore your calls and emails. They also fail to tell you this building is primarily rented to airbnb guests. They are not background checked and have no respect for the property. The elevators are always down and trash in the hallways. If you're looking to pay $$$ serious cash for an apartment complex worse than a motel 6, this is your place. Look elsewhere!

Have stayed here (rm 229) twice. In December the room had not been cleaned nor the beds changed. Excuses were rendered but no attempts to clean or adjust the $155/night charge. One claim was that the room was to be refurnished. So that was a 1-star rating (not posted). This week (3/27) staying in the refurbished room but TV not operational & after 24 hrs no fix but they were very sure to get us paying the entire bill before conclusion of our stay. So this wasn't tested at conclusion of refurb? Toilet paper was in shortage (on back order???) no correction after 24 hrs. Refurbish is nice

I previously lived here at Premier Lofts. We (meaning, myself and almost all of the tenants in the building) DID NOT HAVE HOT WATER FOR OVER TWO MONTHS DURING THE WINTER. This was horrible! Management knew about it and even continued renting it out to unsuspecting tenants and short-term guests. The parking garage doors and the elevators were also constantly broken or under repair. My car was broken into, and a friend's car was STOLEN.

Went to Denver for a Convention last months and stay at the Premier Loft apartments for 3 nights. I booked this through Stay Alfred. The apartment was perfect. Clean, comfortable and more affordable than a hotel. The only problem I had was that the combination I was given for the locker to pick up my key was not working. The person in the front office did not want to assist at all. He said he had nothing to do with the short term renters. That may be true but it could have been said in a nicer way. I felt very unwelcome. However, one call to stay Alfred and I was given a new code that worked.

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! ZOCALO MANAGEMENT IS THE WORST! Every month there is another notice on the door that they're charging the tenants more for something that we either (a) already paid for or (b) never had to pay for before.
The old management and building engineers were awesome. (Take a look at the dates of the good reviews, they're probably from the old management. Zocalo took over about six months ago) The old management team would take care of issues right away. All of the hallways were clean (carpets on each floor were vacuumed at least once a week, ALL floors were mopped daily

Upon tour decided no way.
Girl who toured us last fall was stoned to the bejeezus belt and even though I had an appointment was not prepared for us.
The hallways smelled like weed. I mean like a lot of weed from bongs and frat boys.
I began to wonder if we were looking at student housing.
The apartments themselves were OK but not enough to justify living around the corner from some homeless shelters / halfway houses and hallways that smelt like Cheech and Chong are your next door neighbors.

Both my boyfriend and I looked at all of the apartments in the Lodo area, I ended up choosing Ballpark Lofts and he picked Premier Lofts. We both lived in our apartments for a year and both moved apartments in the building at one point (I moved from a three bedroom to a two, while he moved from a two to a one bedroom). While my roommates and I found the leasing office at Ballpark to be incredibly frustrating, unprofessional and pretty shady re: weird charges and fines assessed upon both of our move
