The landlord never told me vital information at the end and the beginning of my stay. As someone leasing an apartment for the first time, she never told me I needed to pay fees for first time leasing. Also, at the end she never told me I had to tell her ahead of time when we were leaving and there was a $1,000 fee for that. Neighbors were very noisy. I would constantly here people fighting. The area is sketchy and I felt scared to go out at night. Peoples car alarms would go off multiple times at around 6am always waking me and my boyfriend up. Walls are paper thin and the monthly rent was too

I am super disappointed I hope carrie can get in touch with me directly! I'm not sure where things are getting mixed up, but I have been thoroughly communicating with the 2 office staff members to get keys for a unit I have been waiting to switch over since the day after move in when it rained and the water was coming in through the wall at the bottom of my floor in building 8. The new unit had to be cleaned but the wait was agonizing having to delay washer and dryer purchase and not even being able to have my kids over after they stayed and developed rashes that went away after they went back

I have lived in Conifer Landing for over four years and although I am moving on from here- the reviews are not as bad as they are being presented.
Affordable, clean and the office staff is friendly as can be. For the area, the price and quality are unmatched.
If you expect to live in a city, it will certainly be loud and cluttered at times- I’ve had mostly great neighbors in my time here and most everyone is friendly.
Shout out to M, Nate and the staff at CL. You guys certainly put up with a lot and I wish you the best!

Have lived in many apartments throughout the years. This was by far the worst. Had a sliding door that I put in to be repaired multiple times. Not once was it ever acknowledged or attempted to be fixed. I had to have my father in law come and do the repair just so we could use the pattio. Talked to the office about other minor situations and every time was met with rude responses as though it was my problem. Would never recommend.

I tried to rent an apartment here, I knew by the managers disposition I didn't have a chance. She was unfriendly and obviously not going to rent to me before I even applied. If looks could kill, maybe its because I came during her lunch time (or the color of my skin).I make a little over $4000.00 dollars a month and have lived in my current apartment for over 9 years. I have no evictions and good credit???? WOW maybe I really dodged a bullet here.

I was shopping around for an apartment and visited Conifer Landing. I was a little hesitant after reading reviews but I phoned and the woman I spoke to on the phone was very knowledgeable and polite. We set an appointment. when arriving to the office I noticed the festive holiday decorations, the woman at the front desk was busy helping someone but I did not wait long, Melissa the assistant manager came from the side office and greeted me with a smile and a hand shake. The tour of the model was great. She was very informative, personable, and inquisitive making sure she had a good understanding

Do not move here if you have children. They do not have a playground. They say they have a tennis court but no nets,rackets or tennis balls. They do not allow children to play in the common areas. You can not have a propane grill even though some people still do and the people in the office wont do anything about it. They advise you of what type of dogs you can have but never follow through to make sure that people do not have those kinds of dogs. They are really rude in the office if you have a question or concern about another tenant. The cops are here a few times a month. Never put in a security

My Boyfriend and I just moved in about 2 weeks ago and we LOVE it here! Its very quiet and Clean! Well maintained lawn as well! When we moved in and walked our apartment it smelt very clean and walls were freshly painted and carpet was also farley brand new. These apartments are very affordable and very spacious. Maintenance also seems to be very on top of things! Stacey in the office is also very nice and extremely helpful! We really enjoyed having her help us! Overall this is a nice community to live in!

It's a pretty sad situation when you tell one of the owners that they may want to put in a security system after a resident had the horrible experience of finding his truck sitting on blocks and the custom rims and tires he had on it, were stolen. Her response: Read your contract, it's not our responsibility and we will not put a camera system in the complex. There's nothing like feeling secure where you're spending over 1100 a month to live. I used to have a 1 bed/bath/loft for 750 per mo. 4 yrs ago. Now I have a 1 bed/bath for 1105 per mo. I've been flooded when the main backed up through my

Maintenance sucks! These are big apartments and that is the only thing that keeps me here. For the price definitely not worth it! I have been waiting to get my air conditioning fixed for about 4 months now still have not got it fixed. I run AC year round and if a place had not central air I would not live there. I have been without for 4 months and counting if it is not fixed soon I am going to Look into my rights as a tenant.

Pros: Price and size is perfect. Plenty of parking but no covered or garages. Master bedroom is large. Fits full size washers and dryers. Management is also great for the most part (better than any other apartment living I've been in). Fireplace, all appliances, central air, etc.
Cons: on bottom level apts DO NOT leave anything on your porch or it will get stolen. We have lost a window airconditioner, a cooler, and 2 table top grills. We are also in the worst spot since we are on an end. Someone has tried breaking into our storage closet on the porch too. Our vehicles have been rummaged thru
