Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value
Poor customer services in office would not recommend!! Plus i heard everyone is moving out from one of their current residents and that nothing is up to date they don’t even replace carpet just clean it nickel and dime everything but over charge rent and garbages are disgusting always over flowing!

The girls is the office are rude and inconsiderate of how they treat their paying renters. The apartments are old and not updated but very over priced. They the garbages are always over full and spilling out into the parking lot. There is constant theft in garages and cars. The maintenance men are never on task and just sitting on golf cars on there phones. The landscapers don’t pick up the leaves or trash just kind of blowing around stuff. I would not rent here or with any Manco Abbott complexes bad business all around try else where if you can.

Do not move here! I made that mistake and I'm sorry that I had even told an acquaintance about it. They have roaches, black widows and rats! They had set a rat trap on my patio and never came back to check. Not only that they never offered me a full move out inspection even though I had scheduled it per law and I was verbally told that the carpet would only need a deep clean. So imagine my surprise when I received a bill from them because they chose to replace the entire carpet. They are terrible at communicating. I have added the picture of the black widow infestation to the photos of the property

WORST MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE!!!
When we moved out after one year here (two full time employed adult females with no pets), we were not only refused our deposit, but they tried to charge us $1,500 in "damages". There was no walkout process when we left... just received this massive bill. There were zero damages to this apartment as we barely spent any time there and we had it professionally cleaned prior to leaving. When we asked for justification they sent us pictures of a DIFFERENT apartment with a DIFFERENT layout. They threatened legal action against us when we tried to refute this

I’ve lived in here off and on for 6 years, it’s always felt like home to me. The manager and girls in the office and very eager to help with anything that you might need. I’ve always gotten a very quick response. They care for the residence and it shows. The maintenance is also wonderful very responsive and very kind and gets things done in a timely manner.
I would recommend this lovely place to any of my friends or family.

I had an appointment with this place at 11 and drove 300 miles to see the place and showe up on time. I was brushed off and told they don't have time to see me until 4 pm. It's obvious they don't care about customer service or keeping their word. Just a disappointment knowing that this management didn't even make an effort

I’ve lived in several apartments in town, and I don’t really go for the “most luxurious” apartments but I’d say that these are far from it, the only thing ‘luxurious’ about this place would be the location you’re in, easy access to parks make a fun little weekend and lovely scenery make you feel like you’re not being completely being screwed over by their inability to provide affordable living. Other then their cheap appliances inside of the apartment(note all appliances,blinds,paint,wall repair work) with the exception of their ceiling lighting can all be found in far less ideal

I would recommend not residing in Le Provence apartments for the following reasons:
1. Lack of professionalism and follow up from office and maintenance staff
2. Long delay time for maintenance to respond to urgent repair issues
3. Entry into your residence without 24 hour, or any, notice whatsoever for non-emergent/urgent issues
4. Lack of trust in that items said to have been checked - continue to break

Me and my wife rented here for ONLY 9 month and we LITERALLY had to run away.
1. This place is infested with COCKROACHES. It was a freaking nightmare they were everywhere. La Provence is filthy.
2. Old and not working home Appliances.
3. Way too overpriced
4. Never returned my Deposit.
I can go on and on but I really wanted to make this short and straight to the point.
This Place is disgusting and they all a bunch of thief's.

Mediocre apartments. Old cabinets and counter tops. Paper thin walls. Absolutely Mediocre management staff. Maintenance guys are good. But not great. Manco you can do way better with this property

The customer service and attentive maintenance crew are marvelous. I've had a few maintenance requests from changing light bulbs, sweeping the back patio to fixing the AC when it was blowing hot air. All requests were fulfilled same-day/next-day with exquisite poise and professionalism. But the icing on the cake was when a very important package, costing roughly $200 (that was confirmed delivered per delivery service's website), was delivered to the wrong apartment (delivery services's fault, not a typo on my end). I went in around 5PM to see if it was in there, as it was not on

Have lived here for the past two years. First off, I just have to say that the staff is wonderful!! Front office personnel takes the time to get to know the residents personally, and the maintenance staff is timely and friendly. Would continue to live here, but have unfortunately outgrown the apartment life and will be moving into a house. Lived in a one bedroom first year. Large master closet and patio was a major highlight! Moved within the complex to a two bedroom and enjoyed the additional space. Have had nothing but a positive experience, and will truly miss the professional and friendly staff

Would never recommend this place. Way overpriced. Broken appliances. AC didn't work. Staff is dishonest. For the price you pay in rent and utilities, you're better off renting a house! A few months after moving out, my roommate and I discovered that they had sent us to collections! Not once did they try contacting us prior to doing so. This place sucks and isn't worth the money or the hassle!

We're definitely happy living in this apartment complex. The unit itself is wonderful, the garage is extremely convenient, the grounds are well kept, the staff is responsive and affable, and the complex as a whole is extremely dog-friendly. My lifestyle generally does not feel restrained here in any way.
The downsides really are somewhat small. The mail is delivered pretty late, typically after 6pm. For some reason AT&T has to install their cable equipment in the master bedroom. I don't know if either issue is within the realm of Le Provence's control.
