The apartment is ok. I live here for 14 months. I only move cause they went up in rent by a lot. I had a lot of problems within the apartment that needed to be fixed, I had water leakages from the AC and my upstairs neighbors. I hated my upstairs neighbors, they make so much noise and they're always leaving trash bags outside their door. The apartment has a small bug problem and I hate that they do that. I love the area and I enjoyed the most of my other neighbors

I have lived at Chason Ridge for a few months and really enjoyed it here. The grounds are well kept and clean, they seem to keep everything updated, and the amenities are very nice. The staff are simply lovely and helpful. I would like to mention the location of these apartments is probably one of my favorite things about living here. Very quiet and no random traffic passing through because there's only one way in and one way out!

I have enjoyed living here in this community that is close to all my needs but is tucked away quietly behind the shopping centers. Great office staff, they are always friendly and know us by name. Great maintenance staff, quick to respond and professional. Thank you Chason Ridge for being our home away from home.

I have lived here for about 5 months. So far, I've had a pretty good experience. Are some of the problems mentioned by others real? Sure. But no place is perfect. Regarding roaches, I have found more dead ones than live ones. Sometimes there is a lot of trash around, but it's not terrible. It took a while for a cosmetic correction to be made in my unit, but major maintenance issues (no hot water in one sink, HVAC system problem) were repaired quickly. Traffic can be heavy coming in and out of the shopping center entrance, but I make good time going to and from work at Fayetteville Tech (about 12

The noise is very loud all the time. Tons of bug problems since we moved in. The apartment came dirty and damaged, showers didn’t work for a week, they DO NOT check before you move in. Workers try to say that they can come into your apartment whenever they want and refuse to let you pick a time and day for repairs. I’ve never experienced such disrespect till I lived at Chason Ridge Apartments!! I do not recommend, the apartment is disgusting.

I just moved here about 4 months ago and everyone has been really nice. The ladies in the office are so nice and the maintence crew are really on top of their game. It takes them no longer than 24 hours to get to your maintenance request. The apartment is nice ecpecially for what you pay for them. I have seen reviews about roaches but honestly i've only had a couple when I first moved in and it's no different than if you owned a home, they do monthly pest control. Overall everything really great here also a bonus these apartements are really close to all of the shops!

If you love mold, roaches and rude leasing office staff then this is the place for you. We rented here at Chason Ridge from December 2018 to June 29 2020 in apartment 5821D and it has been the most miserable experience that we have had. In the beginning we loved the complex it was perfect for us inexpensive, decent apartments and so close to everything(shopping areas and fort Bragg). We had a few minor issues in the beginning but nothing that couldn’t be fixed. When we first moved in the apartment definitely wasn’t ready for us and small things were missing but they fixed it within a few days

I love the apartment size, the staff, and the area it’s good. But do not expect any work to get done on your apartment. I have contacted four times from February to May on my AC not keeping my apartment cool. I have a dog and a small child. My apartment if I leave it at 72 all day is 78 when I get home and does not cool. It only cools at night when it’s cold out. They said they replaced my unit and it should work. It doesn’t then they informed me if it’s 90 degrees outside my apartment would be 80 degrees no matter if I run my AC or not. Why would I rent an apartment where it’s just as

Update: Still living here because of the convenience to where I work. A/C still has to be recharged from time to time, but it got me through most of the summer. The fountain in the lake still does not work, which I think contributes to higher mosquito populations. Neighbors upstairs play loud music that vibrates the building until 2 and 3am, or whenever the police ask them to shut it off.
That all being said, the staff is still friendly, the majority of the neighbors are nice and friendly, and they have removed several nuisance neighbors that received multiple complaints. The pond is still a nice

Reading all the other reviews I don't think I can agree completely. Maintenance has always been responsive within 24 hours of any problem I had. The community was always very homey and my apartment I always found cozy. Yes I did experience a couple of pest control issues especially around the balcony area but maintenance came through within 24 hours anytime I called to spray the problem. I was on the first floor so critters are always easier to get in through then but even though they have always seem to be patient with me. The staff is always very helpful and seems to know everyone by name. They
