This place may have some issues with utilizing proper hygiene practice. The doctor doesn't wear gloves while inspecting patient's eyes. I don't think they clean the machines in between patients. Their staff includes some receptionist and a doctor. The doctor seems to do everything so I doubt she has time to clean up. The appointments are greatly rushed and the doctor is very dismissive.

I have been coming to this clinic for years and I love the staff and the provider- they are always so friendly. I called a week ago to schedule an exam with a contact fitting and I was quoted 175 dollars with both exams and a box of contacts since I wasn't billing insurance. Upon my reminder call I asked again for a price on the exam, contact exam and a box of contacts. She quoted "no more than $200". Went to my exam and asked to pay everything today. They took a payment and today when my contacts come in I am expected to pay the same price again because it wasn't paid at the last visit( the contact
