12/10/21 Today I had the chance to speak with Ryann from customer service. I have lived here for a long time and I found her to be one of the nicest people to speak with, regarding certain issues. She was very understanding of my situation. She took notes and asked appropriate questions, so she could address my concerns, or pass them on to the appropriate people. I felt as if she really listened to me as a person and not just another tenant..

Had a busted pipe in my bathroom floor today. The maintenance guys Greg , Tom , I think the two other guys names one is John and trying to remember the other gentleman. But, anyhow. All were great and fast to respond. Worked all day on it and now it is fixed and all cleaned up. The maintenance crew over here all great.

Service was efficient, and with a smile. My request was made in a timely manner and I appreciate the attention to improve the quality of my life at Pine Hills. Although the heat wave was on, the two men I met at the door were happy to be there.

The maintenance staff at Pine Hills are excellent! They are always so polite, efficient and professional. I always request Joey as he came on Christmas Eve one time for an emergency service (I felt terrible I had to call in for) and he was more then happy to help regardless of the holiday.
Villas at pine hills is a beautiful place to live. The grounds are well maintained. My kids love going to the park and basketball courts.
Having JC’s within the complex is really convenient for the nights you don’t feel like cooking and want to grab a quick bite to eat.
