I can’t say enough wonderful things about the maintenance team here. They work extremely hard to keep our homes up and running… Never a bad experience, always respectable and fixes the issue promptly!

Let me start with saying how unorganized they are how they don’t give the right information to tenants after being in there for a little more than 5 years we realized how expensive and how insecure it was to be there with having police park in-front of our apartment having man knock on our door at 2am trying to get in our house then having Mario from the main office do some paperwork for us and not being given the right information it’s beyond frustrating how bad they run things it’s just another place that all they care is about getting their money if u could give a -100 to this place I

I have lived here for many years, it is a clean, safe, and comfortable environment. Recently I had a maintenance issue and received exceptional customer service from them. So big shout out to Joe, the Maintenance Super, Rob, Mike and all the crew..thank you for doing such a great job and being such a great team especially during these pandemic times. The maintenance dept here at Mirror Pond is hard to believe!!Although in a rare case, some things cannot be solved in a day, most times they are solved in hours or less.I am always astonished by their speed, care and accuracy. They are friendly and on the ball.
This time they were here within an hour. They not only made 2 minor repairs but replaced my microwave with a new one. Why would you want an apartment somewhere else??

I am so happy with the maintenance crew at the Mirror pond location. The guys are so professional and friendly:). I usually call in the morning and the guys show up before the end of that day. Thank you especially to Joe Ferraro.. recently he gave us good advise on how to get more heat to our second bedroom.
