READ THIS BEFORE THINKING ABOUT MOVING IN!
My boyfriend and I rented from here for almost a year and a half until we couldn’t take it anymore. There were two different occasions where his car was vandalized and broken into. Someone set a car on fire at 2:30am one night and there were multiple break ins near our apartment. The burnt cars that were set on fire, sat in the parking lot for almost 6 months! This all happened in a matter of a year while we were here. They don’t take ANY responsibility for what happens, no matter what. They have security that just sleep on the night shift while all

Rented in pine hills south for 4 years, always paid on time, kept the place spotless. No pets, obeyed all their rules. (no grills, etc) Watched the place go down hill. People working on cars in the parking lot, screaming kids, police there frequently. Had a smalll spot on the rug when I moved out , they charged me $683.00!. Would not recommend.
