Private parking, a spot for your bikes, and the Boise River Greenbelt just steps away. Inside, there are four light-filled floors of beauty and serenity. The most magical spot may be the second floor - an open room with over 20 windows looking out through the trees to the Boise River and Greenbelt.

Only minutes from Whole Foods and downtown, yet worlds away once inside. The Treehouse is not a traditional building - it is a sanctuary for mind, body and spirit. The layout, energy and flow are that of a yoga studio, which speaks to the business that we previously had here. We now offer the same ambiance and experience for your personal retreat and sanctuary, along with all of the amenities for a cozy and comfortable stay.

Beautiful studio! No other space like it in Boise! Feels like you're practicing outside, in the treetops. I'm been a yoga instructor at MUUV for over a year and absolutely love the community that surrounds the space! Highly recommended!

I am so grateful to Mikayla Latta for her inspired vision to create this most beautiful yoga studio. It's spacious, clean, located on the Boise river with Greenbelt access and with ample free parking. The view from floor to ceiling windows along the river front is incomparable. MUUV classes are lead by experienced and considerate teachers. Different class styles and workshops offer varied experiences, from very active to very mellow. The website is informative, up to date, and easy to navigate. My whole experience at MUUV for the past three years I've been attending has been one of acceptance,

The setting of this studio is absolutely stunning, it's so warm and inviting. Jenny is one of the strongest, most wonderful yoga instructors I've ever had. Highly recommend this studio and Jenny's classes!

Absolutely beautiful studio, you can't go wrong with a perfect view of the greenbelt and the river! My first class was with Carrie and it was an amazing first class to take. Definitely recommend Muuv to anyone looking for a great studio to go to!

This studio is warm and inviting. The instructors are passionate, kind and most importantly educated. This glass lined, wood floored space over the river always leaves you full of peace and beauty. Thank you!
