Zen Riot Studio
We believe yoga is a life-altering journey, not just a physical practice, an opportunity to find your authentic self. We hope your practice will foster the love, peace and light that already exists within so that you can let it shine outside the walls of the studio. We love our Bench Neighborhood Yoga Studio and aim to create a sense of health and wellbeing for all of our wonderful neighbors.

We offer classes, workshops and services that nourish our community and it's members. Jenn Crawford is a certified Yoga instructor and Co-owner of Zen Riot Studio. She aims to create a community that is united by leading healthy, happy, body positive lifestyles. The motto at Zen Riot is "Yoga for Every Body", and it is something Jenn is very passionate about.
Services
Rose has been practicing massage in Boise since 2006, specializing in Gua Sha and traditional Fire Cupping. These modalities are an incredible addition to her therapuetic practice of Swedish, deep tissue, and relaxation massage; they aid in chronic pain, injury treatment, and joint pain, breaking down scar tissue and releasing 'frozen' muscles and increasing range of motion.
We are committed to continue donation based pricing once we open to drop in classes again. At this moment, we are dedicated to health standards which include contactless payment transactions. Thank you for your understanding. It is working and has been working for studios all over the United States.

Loved the yoga Nidra with Naomi. She is kind, welcoming and has so much knowledge about the benefits of practice. She was born to teach! Lovely natural light in a very comfortable, open studi with NO mirrors. Huge plus for me! I get distracted. Thank you for having restorative classes available.

The instructors are kind and awakened. The classes walk their talk. The patrons are friendly and non judgmental. The prices are fair. They also work by donation. Their additional spiritual offerings are authentic.
Highly recommend.

I just attended my first class at Zen Riot and I loved it. The overall vibe of this place is wonderful; very nurturing and inclusive. The setting is peaceful and makes it easy to get into a nice and relaxed state of mind. Our instructor tonight, Ace, was excellent as well and provided nice guidance throughout this restorative session. I am looking forward to more classes with Zen Riot.

I never had a regular yoga practice until I discovered Zen Riot. Since then, I've participated in weekly yoga classes, a few special events and have received bodywork with Jenn. I'm consistently blown away by the sense of care and warmth that infuses all offerings. Beautiful space, top-notch instruction, and an inclusive community - hands down the best yoga studio in Boise!

Ya, this place is pretty great! Close to my house, clean, friendly, grounding, and there are a bunch of fun and talented instructors. Very welcoming studio with a separate area with cubbies, separate check-in, and even some really cool jewelry if you are looking for a gift!

You don't need any props but having your own is always nice, especially your mat if you are picky like me.

Starting your yoga practice can be intimidating. Come to Zen Riot to have the nurturing instructors help you with your poses and confidence. My favorite is Yin and Restorative but there are many more classes to

I am one of the teachers at Zen a Riot and so glad to be a part of this warm, welcoming, community. It’s one of my favorite places to be in Boise with bright, high ceilings and a beautiful bamboo wood floor. The owners, Jenn and Jacq are kind and fun and all the teachers are awesome! We offer a lot of gentle, restorative, beginners classes and Vinyasa Flow as well. Come check it out for yourself!

Zen Riot is one of the few yoga studios in Boise that I can go to to find genuine strength & mind-body awareness, mainly attributable to the yoga instructors. Every instructor motivates me to not only work more on my practice on the mat, but outside of it. Devyn in particular, made this possible. Extremely comfortable and relaxing studio to get a good stretch in. I would highly recommend this yoga studio to anyone in the Boise area!

This is a great neighborhood resource for getting your yoga on. I really like their donation-based business model, asking each person to pay what they can afford. Some can pay more, some may pay less, but it means that someone who can't pay very much at all is still welcome to practice. My review is for the yoga practices, but I know Zen Riot offers many more healing services.

I attended the free community flow class which is offered on the first Saturday of each month. I've got to say, this was a very popular event and we were wall-to-wall yogis in that small studio. I was so

After five years away from any kind of yoga practice, I found Zen Riot. What a wonderful place to be. The studio is relaxing and unpretentious. The instructors are warm and welcoming to all and I felt zero intimidation to get back into an enjoyable practice again! They also offer reiki and various massage services that are equally wonderful. So far I've experienced a Thai massage and a reiki session and I look forward to more. Zen Riot is a donation-based business; I assume they are trying to eliminate as many barriers to yoga as possible by making it affordable to all. I know other businesses

I attended my first yoga class at Zen Riot last night. I fell in LOVE. Everyone was so friendly and super helpful, the environment was perfect and very serene. I loved the guidance of Jenn (our instructor), she was very fluid, knowledgeable, and genuine. By far my favorite yoga class and studio I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. Never have I after a yoga class felt so relaxed and my body has never been so happy until last night! I highly recommend this studio and I myself will be returning for more classes.

Zen Riot Studio should be renamed: Yoga For Everyone. These instructors are so varied and great. I've attended classes with men and women of all skill levels and am so comfortable there. The relaxed atmosphere has allowed me to restart a yoga practice of my own and I've never felt better. The Vista/ Boise Bench neighborhood needed a yoga studio and this one fits perfectly. Zen Riot is a donation based business so it's affordable for all. I can now attend as many classes as my schedule allows and I'm learning what a committed practice does for my mind-body. They also offer various
